    Key Responsibilities:

    Work closely with business users to interpret the data needs of the business and translate those to logical and physical data models and reports
    Demonstrate understanding of business requirements & business concepts
    Connect to data sources, import data and transform data
    Perform data discovery tasks to model and build data warehouses and data marts
    Understand good design strategies for dashboards using data visualization tools to display KPIs
    Build and execute database queries upon request for data
    Tune performance in queries to ensure timely rendering of dashboards and reports
    Understand data modeling and normalization versus denormalization
    Understand Star Schema design with dimensions, facts and snowflakes
    Understand database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework

    Qualifications:

    Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related field
    Demonstrate knowledge and skills of BI reporting with cloud integration
    Multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
    Demonstrate analytical mindset with aptitude to problem solve
    1+years of hands-on experience working with SQL Server including SSIS, Stored Procedures
    1+years of hands-on experience working with Power BI

The information gathered will be used to assess to what extent the project achieved or didn’t achieve the expected results and capture lessons learned for future programming/interventions. It will serve as an accountability assessment and report to ILDRR implementing partners, the donor German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO), and other project stakeholders and partners.

    Finance

    Maintain the financial accounting systems for cash management, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and petty cash
    Prepare monthly financial statements.
    Report on cash and financial projections e.g., liquidity and cashflow
    Assist with the preparation of the budget. 
    Establish and maintain customer and supplier accounts.
    Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns in a timely manner.
    Work with the tax regulatory agency to resolve any issues.
    Work closely with the CEO in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
    Prepare weekly cash flow forecast.
    Prepare payroll monthly payroll.
    Prepare rental invoices and collect outstanding invoices.
    Review, and record all invoices and make the relevant payments in a timely manner.
    Review accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
    Assist in implementing standard accounting policies.
    Prepare the fixed assets to register and assist in fixed assets verification, insurance, and processing.
    Manages bank accounts and prepares monthly bank reconciliations.
    Prepares documents and schedules for annual audits and liaises with auditors..

    Administration

    Design a filing system that supports the seamless operation of the office, including record retention, disposal, and retrieval.
    Actively participate in the planning and execution of events in coordination with other team leaders.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Proactive approach to work, self-motivation, and a team player.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with people from different cultures.
    Flexibility to work and adapt to changing demands and circumstances.

    Academic
