    Social Media & Content Development (~40% of your time)

    Paid Media & Community Development (~20% of your time)

    Assist in planning and executing strategic paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, Twitter, TikTok) to achieve objectives like awareness and lead capture. Tasks may include developing copy/creatives and implementing conversion tracking, audience creation, budget allocation, targeting, and ad optimization.

    Develop and implement a strategy to continuously engage and interact with current EcoSafi customers, such as a community over WhatsApp or a newsletter where members can share recipes and cooking experiences or access discounts on cooking ingredients.     Brand Initiatives (~10%+ of your time)

    Encourage and leverage user-generated content through contests or community challenges on social media.

    Plan and implement community service projects or initiatives for the team that aligns with EcoSafi’s values. This can enhance brand image and foster a sense of community.

    Other Projects (~30%+ of your time)

    As our social media channels continue to gain traction, some of your attention will be put toward other projects for the first few months. We are always working on new and exciting initiatives and may need you to roll up your sleeves and dive in.
    Initially, we will have you work closely with the call center team to better understand the customer – from prospect to retention, through phone calls and WhatsApp interactions.

    Qualifications & Experience

    5+ years of hands-on experience in social media & digital marketing.
