    Recruit adequate harvesting contractors and transporters and supervise the entire harvesting and delivery process.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor Science degree in Agriculture or a related field
    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cereal production or managing Out growers schemes
    Knowledge on 1S0 quality management systems
    Knowledge on machinery involved in production operations like planting, spraying and harvesting.

    Support in the unit ordering process to ensure optimal stock holding at all times;
    Liaise with pre-owned vehicles section on evaluation and validation of customer vehicles trade-ins requests
    Assist customers in filing government tax documentation e.g. I tax in order to prepare advance tax documents.

    About You:

You will need excellent geographical knowledge, mathematical/calculation skills combined with an excellent telephone manner and superior customer service capability.
