    Detailed Description
    The role report to the Tribe Lead the role holder is responsible for leading a cross functional agile squad to develop and take to market product propositions that are relevant to the Enterprise market in the areas of Digitizing Enterprise Customers processes. They will also be responsible for coordinating activities with all relevant stakeholders within and out of the tribe to ensure that product propositions created by the squad are commercially viable, are taken to market appropriately.     Roles and Responsibilities

    Develop and manage bespoke solutions for the Enterprise customer.

    Defines the product vision and coordinates with the Tribe Lead and other Product Owners to combine various capabilities to bring to life customer process digitization.

    Contributes to the squad with relevant product knowledge in the development of tasks;
    Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends.
    Work closely with the customer to develop the criteria of done for each workload, checking with the customer as the development progresses.
    Engages stakeholders and senior leaders regularly on all aspects of the product;
    Management of end to end product lifecycle using the agile approach, including products rationalization and performance review that leads to enhancements of existing product category and retirement/replacement of products that are neither profitable nor delivering retention and brand equity values for the business.
    Create and manage winning partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders including Technology and service vendors, commercial partners and internal support teams to create and deliver end-to-end innovation value chains for enterprise customers.
    Stays updated on relevant industry, technology and market trends and combine this with a needs analysis at prospective customers and market segments to identify winning propositions that deliver to the business unit objectives of revenue, retention and innovation KPIs.
    Coordinate with the marketing and commercial teams to Identify, develop, and evaluate Go to market strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
    Evaluate the financial aspects of product category, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on investment and profit-loss projections. Coordinate with the commercial teams on development of pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
    Defines skills and capabilities required for proper operation of new squads together with Tribe Lead, Tech Co Lead and Chapter Leads;
    Uses tools like Mind mapping, story boards, sketch storm during the solution engagement
    Get and utilize customers input and insights in product requirements definition. Co create with customers
    Define the Product User Requirements / Market Requirements Document infusing User needs, Technology needs and business needs
    Leads the development of commercial models to drive overall revenue and customer lifetime value growth.
    Drives Course correction of solutions that do not meet the set long-term targets
    Defines the long-term solution growth of the product in line with all cost related metrics that will be used as the heartbeat for measuring the success of the solution
    Leads in the collaboration of the product distribution value chain for the solution (channels, channel commissions, GTM)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university preferred but not limited to commercial disciplines 
    Knowledge of principles of Devops.
    Experience in the sales, execution or solution designing of End to end customer value chain digitization
    Experience or knowledge of Digital Technologies applications in various domains.
    Certification by a recognized professional body will be an added advantage
    Experience in the B2B business models and environments with certifications in this area.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.
    Excellent presentation skills to unpack technologies to meet customer requirements.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Department management

    Oversee the recruitment and selection of qualified national security field staff, recommend promotions, disciplinary action and termination of staff in consultation with the Country Director

    Daily Security Management

    Ensure that all field staff are fully cognizant of prevailing security threats and fully advised on means to reduce their vulnerability to those threats
    Monitor the security preparedness of country staff and enforce staff compliance with internal security rules and SOPs, ensuring they are communicated to all staff and understood
    Set up and control the implementation of mitigation measures and security rules according to the local context
    Ensure compliance with Minimum Operating Security Standards (MOSS) and develop action plans for security upgrade
    Carry out security assessments of new ACTED facilities, ensure a standard level of facilities protection, and supervise guards.
    Ensure missions have adapted communication means, and ensure maintenance to support the Logistic team in Country. Ensure constant update of the emergency contact list and timely issuance of ID cards.
    Ensure a proper level of preparation before movement on the field, ensure transportation means are adapted, ensure a good fleet maintenance, and set movement rules which are adapted to the local context to support the Logistic team in Country. Ensure operational follow-up of movements.
    Ensure logistics follow a servicing and maintenance schedule for vehicles
    Spearhead security assessment missions prior to ACTED staff deployment to a new area and ensure minimum security standards are in place before their installation.
    Support and participate to assessment mission in phase C or D area

    Crisis management

    Adapt crisis management protocols to the local situation
    Act as a key member of the Crisis Management Team so that safety policies and procedures are implemented
    Reporting
    Ensure weekly/monthly security reports are completed and sent to HQ, providing timely updates of all situational and security developments including investigation of security incidents
    Produce real-time incidents report (using Form SEC-03)
    Send updated TITANIC on a monthly basis to the Country Director and HQ Security Department.
    Training and briefing
    Conduct security briefing for each new international staff arriving in country.
    Design security training modules for Country Director’s approval and HQ endorsement.
    Determine training needs for the security staff
    Train national staff to increase their awareness and sense of responsibilities
    Conduct any staff security training that is warranted (HEAT, training to drivers and guards, evacuation drills, fire safety etc.).
    Carry out investigations and capture lessons learned to be incorporated into future staff trainings
    Develop and maintain a security network
    Actively participate in Weekly and Monthly Coordination Meetings
    Create an information network in the country, identifying key informants
    Build strong professional relationships with UN agencies, local authorities, other NGO’s (local and international), and all relevant stakeholders
    Ensure external representation
    Attend security coordination meetings and update Country Director and HQ on current security issues
    Contribute to the creation of a positive image and overall credibility of the organization, notably through the application of the ACTED Code of Conduct, values and policies with regard to internal and external stakeholders

    Expected skills and qualifications

    At least 2-3 years of working experience in insecure environments; preferably in Africa, Asia, or the Middle East;
    Extensive experience in security management and procedures;
    Demonstrated communication and organizational skills;
    Ability to train, mobilize, and manage both international and national staff Flexibility and ability to multi-task under pressure;
    Ability to work well in unstable and frequently changing security environments;
    Willingness to work and live in often remote areas under basic conditions;
    Proven ability to work creatively and independently both in the field and in the office;
    Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

    Update the field Teams with HR information
    Ensure that staff personnel folders are complete with all documents/contents as per ACTED policies (contract, CV, Application letters, Interview Records, Leave forms, certificates, diploma and other required documents;
    Assist in filing of all processed HR papers and documents into appropriate files.
    Assist in regularly updating the staff leaves Follow up and planning
    Assist in maintaining an accurate information of all staff in the mission as well as updated database for the staff;

    Qualifications/Skills Required

    Ongoing (Second year) or just completed 1st Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Public Relations or related field.
    No experience required
    Committed, focused, consistent, punctual, resilient and has the zeal to learn.
    Computer Literate – MS Outlook and Excel and basic software application and familiarity with the internet and email communications
    Excellent communication skills
    Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish effective work relations at all levels,

    Key Responsibilities:

    Primary responsibility is in the area of PACS ticket resolutions in an effective and efficient manner.
    Understand the functions of the specific T24 module, in which expertise needs to be built via training programs including on the job training, class room training and training material available on the knowledge-base
    Fully understand the details provided in logged ticket.
    Validate the completeness of information provided and if required, seek to collect outstanding information from client.
    Use the collected information to analyse the problem.
    When identified as a bug, complete the required documentation process including product analysis of defect, clearly and explicitly indicating reason and resolution of the defect.
    Work in collaboration with the Development team to provide any additional information as required to fix and test the problem effectively.
    In case of non-defects, close the ticket with sufficient information for the client to be able to understand and appreciate the answer with full satisfaction.
    Available to perform onsite analysis of tickets at client places.
    Typically this would be required during the milestone period of the client like Go Live of implementation, branches, modules and Upgrade.

    Skills & Experience:

    Professional experience in development/support of Temenos T24 product for financial and banking institutions.
    Through expertise in TAFC, TAFJ, Info Basic (jBC), JQL and OFS.
    Strong knowledge on the latest T24 template programming language.
    Thorough expertise in T24 customization(Enquiries, versions and online services)
    Fair knowledge on the T24 Technical architecture.
    Hands on experience into Web services, Interface development, Integration Framework, Interaction Framework (Iris), Design Studio, Data Formatting
    Engine and SOAP/REST integration tools.

    The role holder will be responsible for delivering word class customer centric credit and saving products and driving an accelerated growth agenda, from ideation to development to delivery of ongoing management of products, platforms and services. The role holder must quickly be viewed as a leader in the space; someone who can identify and deliver against future customer needs, someone who can work with and provide guidance to partners and act on guidance from them, someone who can layout a roadmap for the future.
     Job Responsibilities

    Champion Financial empowerment through developing relevant credit and savings products to M-PESA customers and businesses.
    Be a true strategist, develop hypotheses, conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, execute consumer research, develop and own strategic recommendations for the direction of portfolio.
    Be a leader and drive the long-term and short-term agenda for credit and saving products and platforms.
    Work to ideate, design, guide development, implementation and management of new features and capabilities for Credit, savings and credit platforms.
    Work very closely with big data teams to develop the various credit scorecards and product credit strategies for the various use cases and customer segments.
    Work closely with Finance credit team on credit portfolio management for internal products.
    Engage in active discussion and debate about the right investment levels to drive revenues, how capabilities integrate and should be messaged, how service level targets and aspirations are being met and improved.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    The ability to translate analytics, research, client/consumer needs into actionable plans and deliverables.
