    In line with this mandate, the NSE is seeking to recruit a highly competent individual to fill the position of Business Analyst
    Overall Purpose
    The Business analyst’s primary objective will be to conduct research to enable the NSE make informed decisions and identify opportunities for successful implementation of the Strategy.
    Responsibilities

    Conducting required research, market and data analysis, competitive benchmarking, and data gathering relevant to NSE and clients;
    Compile and present relevant data for use by the NSE;
    Ensuring projects/programs are delivered to specifications and within the set timelines;
    Provide input to project teams on how to approach a specific engagement and solve challenges during delivery;
    Undertaking project/program reviews and, consultatively, proposing solutions to problems;
    Supporting the monitoring of divisional tactical plans; and
    Preparing economic briefs and departmental presentations.

    Qualifications

    Relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
    Possession of a post graduate diploma or professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, actuarial, CAIA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
    Minimum 2 years’ work experience.
    Computer literate.
    High level of interest in and knowledge of the capital markets.
    Excellent communication skills.
    Good research and analytical skills.
    Ability to prioritize;
    Be proactive.

    Purpose Of The Job
    Reporting to the Officer, Security & Transport, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality chauffer, messengerial and office support services. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain the assigned motor vehicle in a clean and road worthy condition and to deliver mail and parcels as required.
    Job Responsibilities

    Drive the attached vehicle safely and comfortably and must exercise defensive driving by adhering to traffic rules and respect to other road users
    Ensure and enforce security of vehicle attached to you, securing vehicle keys and ascertain that its safe, clean and is mechanically fit for use at all times
    Routine check-up of the vehicle’s engine oil, brake function, water, lights, tires condition and ensure that all documents are always updated as required by law
    Upon closing time for regular working hours, you shall at all-time park the vehicle at the designated parking area
    Monitor expiration and renewal of your driving license without causing any inconvenience to the client or the institute
    Collecting and delivering of Institute documents as always directed by your supervisor
    Inspection of Institute ‘s packing lot to ensure it’s safe from un authorized vehicles
    Compiling monthly reports of your work progress
    Complete various forms, including updating route sheets, maintenance sheets and field trip forms. Incidents and accident report
    Shall always observe strictly the company rules and regulations ,policies and procedures
    Ensuring renewals of City council parking stickers where applicable
    Daily monitoring of emergency exits to ensure they are functional and well-marked
    Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

    Requirements

    A Valid & clean driving license Class ABC
    Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures
    O- level certificate
    Certificate in business management will be an added advantage
    Certificate in defensive driving
    Knowledge of traffic and Highway safety rules and regulations
    Certificate of good conduct from CID offices

    Job Description
    The Management Accountant will be tasked to ensure at any given time ACI financial statements are up to date, spending is in line with approved budgets and analysing financial performance. The Management Accountant will perform a series of tasks to ensure ACI financial security, handling essentially financial matters in collaboration with Chief accountant and Finance Director and thus helping to drive the business’s overall objectives and strategies. Management Accountant will be responsible for efficient and accurate preparation and presentation of financial records and management information. This to include coordination of the monitoring of budgets and forecasts throughout the organization.
    Key Responsibilities

    Preparing periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries. Ensure all statements comply with applicable accounting standards and local legislation.
    Produce information for Statutory Financial Statements and Interim Accounts for the benefit of Management and other stakeholders.
    Timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts, investigating variances, correcting errors, liaising in identification of causes and where necessary providing explanations on departures from budget.
    Co-ordinate weekly and monthly cash flows, ensuring all information is collated and up to date, monitoring of accuracy and liaising with Chief Accountant and Finance Director on funds management.
    Develop an ongoing understanding of the systems and procedures of the Finance Department, administering them in the absence of any junior staff members.

    Qualifications, Experience and Skills
    Essential Qualifications

    Cost or Chartered accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
    Strong technology skills on Microsoft office
    2 to 3 years plus of experience in manufacturing environment
