    Job Description
    The Officer Training and Conferences will be responsible for marketing and coordination of the Training and Conferences in the assigned region. The jobholder will be responsible for sourcing training business and timely response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)/Quotations in line with the institute’s objectives.
    Job Responsibilities

    Identification of Training needs for individuals and organizations & propose training programmes based on the needs established.
    Develop/design, market and coordinate Training programmes.
    Co-ordinate pre, during and post training activities in the assigned region – venues, materials and resource requirements to ensure training programmes are conducted professionally to customer satisfaction
    Prepare, present and follow up proposals upon studying requests for proposal (RFPs).
    Develop and maintain client relationships with emphasis on high value/high potential clients – key accounts.
    Responsible for sourcing of training venues, in liaison with the procurement department.
    Ensure collections are up-to-date for proper debt management
    Champion any other institute related projects in the assigned region
    Prepare regular progress reports on training & conferences as required by the immediate supervisor.

    Requirements

    Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or Business related

    Overall Purpose
    Will have the responsibility of working together with the Head of Legal in providing legal and company secretarial services to the Company.
    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    Provision of internal legal advice to NSE on its operations, and initiatives and make proposals for changes in the existing Capital Markets Laws, Regulations, Rules and Guidelines, as necessary.
    Draft and engage with various regulators on regulations, rules and guidelines required to facilitate NSE operations and initiatives;

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
