    We are looking for a Future Talent/Business Developer (Located in Kenya) to work on the Ethiopian market and report to the Managing Directror of East Africa.
     
    For this role you will need to be fluent in English and Amharic languages and also have a strong understanding of the Ethiopian local legislation, in particula in the areas of Government regulations in the food industry.
     
    This role is a local contract and after the two first years in Kenya, the selected person will be relocated in Ethiopia.
    What will you do

    Desired Skills and Experience
    Who you are

    Recent University Graduate (year 2019/2020) – Engineering or Commercial Degree Required.
    Experience in sales environment and preferably in the food industry is preferred.
    Proven experience and strong understanding of Ethiopian market practices and in particular within the Food and Beverage industry would be an added advantage.

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Payroll Officer/Clerk to work in the day-to-day operations of the Payroll Department. They will be reporting to the IT Manager
    Responsibilities

    Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and capturing data;
    Update payroll records by capturing changes in  deductions, job title and department/division transfers, and any other changes that may occur within the month;
    Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages amongst other reports;
    Ensure employees are paid on time and their payslips are distributed by the last day of every month;
    Resolve payroll discrepancies after analyzing information;
    Provide payroll information when required and address any payroll related complaints that may arise;
    Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; advise on any changes required;
    Protect payroll operations by keeping all information confidential;
    Ensure that the company is compliant to all laws that relate to payroll processing;

The successful candidate will develop and drive the execution of strategic and operational Key Account Plans, aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives.     Requirements
