    Overview of the Job
    The LCS Co-ordinator contributes to the organisational goals by taking responsibility of administration functions that support the effective running of projects led by the Project Manager.
    Task and Responsibilities

    ·Prepare initial (estimate) quotes as requested by Service Manager/Project Manager (PM)/Dispatch.
    ·Attends to queries from customers on billing.
    ·Receive timesheets from Engineers/Project Manager (PM) and process for      project files and salary
    ·Attends to queries on invoicing/billing from finance department and auditors.
    ·Quotations and all relevant administration.
    ·Administration support for Service Level Agreements (SLA).
    ·Open project files with tracking number and necessary information.
    ·Communicate with all subsidiaries on issues with invoices/bills.
    ·Invoice customer when due.
    ·Receive invoices from 3rd party sub-contractors and suppliers for posting

    Knowledge and Experience

    One (1) year similar experience in a similar field
    Experience in SAP
    Knowledge of Krones industry
    Strong verbal and written skills
    Strong interpersonal skills – team builder and participant

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Diploma in Business Management
    Accounting packages – CPA, ACCA

    Personal competencies

    Tasks & Responsibilities

    Advise on marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)

    Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, reports and as-built
    Calculating heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
    Carrying out Construction layout calculations, Grade sheet computation, Topographical/volume analysis and Project datum conversion/transformation.
    Provides topographic surveys of construction site

    Qualifications 

    Minimum five (5) years of verifiable Construction Survey experience and working with consultants or major
    Formal education/ training in this field with a minimum HND from a recognized
    Experience with related software and surveying equipment is preferred i.e. CivilCAD, Civil 3D and
    Background in the use of GPS, Total Station Robotic Survey
    Experience with AutoCAD/ Carlson
    Must be able to work outdoors & independently on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions.
    Must be detail oriented, organized, focused, self-motivated, possess good work ethic and be a team player
