    Main Purpose of Job
    The Senior Consultant, will join a team of experienced business psychologists and will work across East Africa in our Organisation Talent and Transformation Service Area within our Human Capital business. S/He will be responsible for incorporating data from multiple sources to draw contextualised, evidence-based and in-depth psychological insights to inform decision making in talent management and leadership development.
    What you’ll do

    Provide assessment services for talent management and leadership development;
    Provision of panel and individual feedback for selection and/or development purposes based on assessment results;
    Conducting skills audits for assessing behavioural and technical competencies to identify development gaps;
    Integrated psychometric report writing for selection and development purposes; and
    Proposal writing, client presentations and management reporting.

    Required

    Masters’ degree in Industrial Psychology from a recognised University;
    Registered Industrial Psychologist; and
    Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant work experience.

    Procurement Officer Job Key Responsibilities
    Coordinate development of the Departmental work plan and budget;
    Coordinate the implementation of the Performance Management System in the Department; and
    Prepare draft procurement plans for further processing by the Head of Procurement and Supplies.
    Prepare and fl oat tenders in liaison with Head of Procurement and draft awarded contracts;
    Approve material requisitions for store items; and advise users during development of specifications;
    Interpret Public Procurement Law and ensure its application in all procurement and coordinate the disposal activities for stores and equipment;
    Prepare quarterly procurement reports to Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA);
    Review of monthly procurement reports, fuel and lubricants consumption report, purchases and issues data;

    Required Qualifications and Experience for the Procurement Officer Job
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Purchasing and Supplies Management or related fi eld from a recognized university;
    Possession of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering will be an added advantage;
    Post-graduate qualification in Procurement, Supplies or a related fi eld;
    Member of a Supply Chain professional body or equivalent; and
    Must have a minimum of (six) 6 years relevant experience from the marine transport industry, three (3) of which must be at a managerial level.

    Project Financial Manager

    Key Responsibilities • Assisting in the Company discussions with various stakeholders, including, but not limited to, Government, banks, potential strategic investors, lessors, lessees, and suppliers;
    • Making longer term financial projections for the company, as well as short term financial oversight of the company;
    • Coordinating work of various advisors in the financial transaction;
    • Ensure that the company’s work streams in the financial transaction are appropriately managed;
    • Manage a weekly cash flow forecasting and ensure dissemination internally and to advisors;
    • Ensure that any key internal financial and operational developments are communicated to advisors; and
    • Prepare progress reports from various advisors and report to the Management and Board of Directors as required. This appointment is for a period of 6-12 months based on timelines of the ongoing financial and operational restructuring.
    Key Qualifying Criteria • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Strategic Management or a related field from a recognized university;
    • A Master’s Degree in a business or Finance related field would be an added advantage;
    • Relevant Professional Qualifications in CPA (K), ACCA, CFA, CIMA etc; and
    • Minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience in senior management preferably in a large organisation in the Aviation Industry.
    Critical competencies for success • Proven experience as a consultant who has delivered large projects in complex global businesses;
    • Strategic leadership exposure in a large organizations;
    • Experience in Finance Transformation Projects; and
    • Robust Project Management competence including: Stakeholder Management, 3rd party contractual negotiations, and managing other external consultants.
