    We seek to recruit a candidate who will support in the procurement, receipt, storage and issuance of consumables within the pack house as well as our field operations areas.
    Job Responsibilities
    To be the custodian of the pack house stores undertaking the following duties:

    Receipt of goods and process Goods Received Notes (GRN) into the ERP system. Oversee the issuance of consumables and process the Service Issue Vouchers (SIV) in the ERP system.
    Coordinate the dispatch of goods from the pack house stores to field operatives stationed in different parts of the country.
    Carrying out monthly cycle counts of items in stores.
    Reconciliation of physical stocks to book stocks.
    Ensuring that the store is kept organized and tidy always.
    Act as a link between the wider finance department, pack house and field operations by dispatching documents received to the company’s main office in Riverside.
    Generation of LPOs for stores consumable materials.
    Will be trained to manage the company’s lipa na mpesa to bank transfer service.

    Detailed Responsibilities:
    Team Support
    Drive the delivery vehicle to client drop offs, alongside the Sales Representative.
    Assist in loading and offloading the delivery vehicle at the depot and at the customer locations.
    Assist in capturing accurate information in the Data Management System (DMS)
    Asset Management
    Drive with caution and being careful not to cause unnecessary mechanical damage to delivery vehicles.
    Carry out daily routine checks on delivery vehicles – Engine oil, Coolant, Tyre pressure, Lights and Indicators
    Take pride in keeping the vehicle clean and attend all scheduled vehicle inspections or health checks.
    Manage the vehicle’s fuel card. Routinely report on fuel use and mileage to supervisors.
    Manage any other assets (Weighing scales, phones) that you might come into contact with during the course of duty
    Internal Communication
    Engage with the Sales Representatives on most efficient routes for daily deliveries.
    Report any minor vehicle issues to the supervisory team for immediate corrective action.
    Grow sales skills by engaging with and learning from Sales Representatives with an aim to grow into the role over time.

    Responsibilities

    Monthly planning of sales volume and setting targets for respective routes and accounts in conjunction with sales managers

    Development  of action plans to penetrate New Markets- implement sales strategies to ensure penetration into new markets and guiding the sales team on new markets to ensure profit maximization

    Key Responsibilities
    This role reports to the Regional Manager with key responsibilities as follows:

    Achieving targets: By ensuring that all routes operating from the appointed depot/to the aggregation points are recieving/visiting the optimum number of vendors, continuously increasing drop size as well as increasing the number of vendors served in their routes.
