    The Catholic Diocese of Nakuru (CDN) wishes to recruit a highly motivated and competent individual to fill the following position;
    Responsibilities
    The Radio Station Manager would help develop appropriate radio programmes and strategies to achieve the radio’s noble Social and Pastoral vision and will also be expected to develop the appropriate structures and human talent to roll out relevant and up to date radio services to the community.
    Requirements

    A university graduate with a post-graduate diploma in journalism / mass communication from a reputable college. However graduates with other degrees backed by senior electronic media management experience will be considered.
    Over 5 years experience in radio programme and general management with at least 3 years of work in a senior management position.
    Outstanding creativity and experience in radio programme development.
    A passion for developing and motivating people through teamwork.
    A passion and commitment to reach out and uplift the masses through Pastoral and Human development Programmes.

    The Catholic Diocese of Nakuru (CDN) Health department wishes to recruit a highly motivated, competent, honest and remarkably talented Resident Doctor.
    The Resident Doctor will take lead in clinical management of patients who require medical intervention that can be provided by a Doctor. He or She will work as a member of a team to maintain high standards of care and actively promote a smooth running of the institution to provide 24 hrs emergency and general health services to patients.
    Qualifications

    MUST have a degree in Medicine and Surgery from an institution recognized by the Medical and Dentist Board.
    Must be registered with the Medical and Dentist Board and posses a valid current license.
    Must have evidence of a minimum two years (2 Years) post internship working experience in a busy Hospital.
    Must demonstrate competence in performing surgical procedures as per his/her qualifications.
    Additional courses undertaken are an added advantage.

    Job Skills

    Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
    Must have good communication skills both written and oral.
    Must be a team player.
    The candidate must self driven and self motivated.

    Good communication skills and etiquette. Good negotiation skills.
    Customer focused and always willing to go the extra mile.
    Pharmacy & Poisons Board certification is MANDATORY.
