    Understand, define and execute high impact regional engagement and retention projects for Partners in order to reduce our churn rate
    Understand, deep-dive and have complete awareness of the region’s partner operations situation at all times. Develop analytical frameworks, dashboards and models for the region
    Scale up processes to the whole region while ensuring the right balance between localisation and centralisation
    Raise product requests to improve partners UX and scalability. Identify tech features improvements and give proactive feedback to HQ.

    YOU HAVE:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar)
    Proficiency in English, written and oral
    4+ years of experience in high demanding roles or analytical positions (operations, consulting, investment banking, finance, logistics, six sigma, analytics, strategy, etc.)
    You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, result oriented
