    Key Responsibilities

    System Monitoring and Reporting

    Identify and report issues with the company website and apps in a timely manner.

    Customer Engagement

    Provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, ensuring a positive client experience.

    Requirements

    Educational Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

    Customer Service Reports: Detailing response times, customer satisfaction levels, and service performance based on Bitrix and 3CX data as well as google reviews and Customer feedback surveys
    Back-End Operations Reports: Summarizing sorting process efficiency, shipping bottlenecks, and overall operational performance.
    Escalation Reports: Documenting escalated member queries, particularly those involving shipping or damaged/lost packages, and their resolution timelines.
    Ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and improve E-Commerce operations
    Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency
    Lead Kaizen projects to identify and implement operational improvements within the E-Commerce department, particularly focused on reducing delays and enhancing shipping and customer service processes.
    Monitor the progress of active process improvement projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and that any barriers are addressed swiftly.
    Provide training on new processes and tools to both front-end and back-end teams, ensuring smooth adoption and operational efficiency.
    Ensure that all process changes, project plans, and documents accurately reflect current operations and are updated regularly.

    Qualifications:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Analyst to join our team. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the company’s operations. This position will report to the Finance Manager and will work closely with other departments within the organization.
     Responsibilities

    Keeping proper books of Accounts.
    Ensure daily updates of QuickBooks with transactions from all sources i: e bank accounts, Mobile Money etc.
    Daily update of the company’s Backend/Transition payments
    Ensure all Accounts Receivable and Payables and reconcile payments made in; Payment Processors, Bank, Mobile Money Deposits – Checks, cash etc.
    Tracks all receipts and payments
    Execute BFM purchase requests within 15 minutes from when notified and follow up on them to ensure cancellations or processing issues occur.
    Create customer invoices in a timely manner for prompt payment.
    Create receipts for delivered items or payments.
    Ensure that all payments received via third party payment platforms are what are being deposited into our accounts.
    Prepare monthly payroll statutory deductions for payment within statutory deadlines.
    Preparing monthly VAT and other returns and submitting these within statutory deadlines.
    Ensure all reconciliations are done in the QuickBooks to ensure that financial reports are accurate and update within 8 working days of the month end.
    Ensure all utility payments, leases, loans, insurance policies are paid on time to avoid penalties.
    Preparation of annual/monthly budget and assess expenditure to determine where opportunities may exist for cost saving.
    Generate weekly analysis report of P&L and balance sheet per shipment.
    Ensure financial projections for income are exceeded while expenses are minimized.
    Monitoring of budgets to ensure that spend is per budget, as well as analyzing and explaining causes of variances/deviations, if any, from budgeted figures.
    Ensure funds are always available to facilitate quick shipments of imports along with necessary customs and clearing fees.
    Work hand in hand with other departments to purchase, update, process, ship, clear and deliver packages.
    Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by senior leadership team.
    Maintaining Fixed Asset Register of the company

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

    Generate, edit, and meticulously proofread high-quality content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media platforms, emails, and digital campaigns.
    Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by employing effective techniques and implementing content distribution and promotional best practices.
    Monitor and analyze content performance using advanced analytics tools to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving content marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
    Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of content across multiple digital platforms.
    Oversee end-to-end content production processes, including content creation, curation, and sourcing, while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

    Qualifications

    3 – 6 years of experience as a Digital Strategist, Social Media Strategist, or similar role
    Strong creative writing, copywriting, and copyediting skills
