    This role sits in the GlobalDigital Engagement Team, a virtual team, which provides strategic support and specialist technical guidance to our 27+ Members, most of them in Asia, Oceania, Europe and the Americas. This team also focuses on reaching new audiences and fundraising remotely in a list of new key markets.
    This is a unique opportunity for a digital marketer with experience supporting digital comms or fundraising campaigns to join the team and help us coordinate and manage our global projects.
    Within this role you will work closely with the Head of Global Digital Engagement and the Global Digital Planning Specialist across our key functions: Fundraising, Comms and Integrated Campaigning. This role will involve the opportunity to travel to coordinate global meetings and skillsharing events.
    They will be responsible for managing, planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating such digital projects. They will also project manage, when required, on clusters, key external engagements, cross-member projects and campaign toolkits.
    During emergencies, this role will provide critical support in coordinating the team’s key response roles. In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, or when there is colleague on leave, the role holder may be expected to work outside the normal job description and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
    This post holder will also provide administrative support to the planning and strategy team and wider department for finance, procurement, invoicing and the team meetings.
    The post holder works collaboratively with other roles within the Resource Mobilization, Comms and Engagement Department as well as members, regional and country offices.

    ROLE PURPOSE:  

    The role of Global Change Manager sits within the Digital Programming team at Save the Children International. This team is responsible for leading the digital transformation of our work with children and forms a central pillar of our global strategy to deliver greater impact to more children in the 120 countries in which we work. The Digital Programming team is putting in place the processes, platforms, tools and resources that enable Save the Children staff to design, deliver, and scale safe, high quality digital programmes. 
    The role will lead change management for our Integrated CVA Management project, which aims to transform our ability to efficiently deliver Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) programs at scale by implementing a digital solution that registers participants and manages the entire CVA lifecycle.   Automation of the CVA processes will reduce manual effort, eliminate processing errors, and shorten our response time. It will enhance transparency and accountability for our donors, while laying the digital foundations for delivering cross-programmatic, person-focused interventions in the future.   
    The Global Change Manager will be accountable for understanding the project context, and identifying and incorporating project stakeholders into the design, defining and managing the change plan and ensuring its successful deployment across our Country Offices and Members. They will be responsible for assessing the impact of change resulting from proposed digital solutions, and implementation options in terms of our people, processes, data, technology, policy & governance as well as our global legal requirements. They will work closely with individual projects and the wider Digital Programming Team to agree priorities, develop robust change plans, and monitor progress against these plans. There will be a need to consider the change implications and approach, not only directly on the project stakeholders, but also on the wider organisation to manage the change successfully and embed new practices and ways of working. 
    The role holder will be responsible for managing the Change Management deliverables as part of the defined Save the Children Project Lifecycle, including e.g. a Stakeholder Matrix, Change & Communications Plan, and Change Impact Assessment etc. Core to this role will be ensuring effective alignment with wider transformation initiatives, as well as effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders and driving continuous improvements. Externally, the role may be required to work closely with third parties such as consultants and technology partners to understand and assess the impact of proposed ways of working, approaches and communications.  In time, the role holder will be required to work alongside Regional Change Managers, within Member offices, embedding change at a global and collaboratively on a local level.

    The specific purpose of the Institutional Partnerships Development Specialist role is to build on these foundations to ensure targeted and timely support to a set of ‘focus’ accounts and Member offices and continue to develop a strong culture of learning and mutual accountability around our institutional partnership work. The post holder will strengthen and improve ways of working across teams and offices, identify and roll out partnership and account management best practice approaches, processes, tools and systems, enhance accountabilities and performance and maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the account management set up. The role will also support the development of effective communities of practice around institutional funding and partnership management to share learnings and best practice globally.
    This work will include close collaboration with the other parts of the PFIP team (Insight Development; Portfolio Development; People Development; Governance and Strategy Development) and with other teams at SCI Centre. It will rely on strong and productive relationships with partnership development specialists and institutional funding teams across the members and with relevant SCI teams, principally at the regional level.
    In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
    Essential

    Significant experience and knowledge of institutional donor partnership management, or comparative experience. 
    Knowledge of general and donor-specific good practices in institutional partnership management (both internal and external)
    Understanding of capacity building approaches; experience and knowledge of developing specific tools and guidance, and/or experience leading trainings would be an advantage.
    Demonstrable experience in complex stakeholder and strategic relationship management, including an ability to influence and gain agreement for ideas and proposals from a variety of stakeholders
    Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including influencing, negotiation and coaching
    Proactive and collaborative approach
    Commitment to Save the Children values
    Attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks and ideas through to completion

    ROLE PURPOSE: 
    This role sits within the Humanitarian Strategy and Transformation Team. Project Managers are assigned from the team to specific projects which support the implementation of our global humanitarian ambition.
    The projects this role will manage will shift in line with changing organisational needs. At a minimum, the Project Manager will be responsible for delivery of the following key projects:

    Delivery and continuous improvement of our Save the Children Humanitarian Plan (SCHP): The Project Manager will coordinate multiple work streams of activity to ensure that Save the Children is able to clearly articulate global humanitarian needs and priorities to internal and external audiences, and track progress against the plan throughout the year.
    Compliance with cross-sector commitments: Managing processes associated with key external commitments including the CHS and Grand Bargain. Ensuring wider organisational commitment and buy-in to these change agendas and ensuring clarity regarding individual functions and teams responsibilities to meeting these commitments.

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    Experience of successfully managing projects and following through to ensure progress within agreed timeline, preferably in an international NGO environment.
    Demonstrable experience and knowledge of programme and project practices and standards including standardised Project Management Methodologies
    Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including senior level executives

    SCOPE OF ROLE:

    The Senior FMS Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing & new modules of the Finance Management System (FMS) implemented on Agresso. The primary focus will be on implementing new functionality in the FMS system, as directed by the SCI global strategy.
    The role will also be responsible for being part of the 2nd & 3rd line support queue, helping support analysts to resolve problem which require source code analysis, or advanced business knowledge.
    The Senior FMS Developer may be required to deputise for the Scrum Master/PDM when (s)he is out of the office, along with other FMS Developers in other regions.
    The Senior FMS Developer will work closely with country, regional and centre based finance teams to provide reporting and analytical information to assist in the running of an efficient and effective finance global function.
    The Senior FMS Developer will work with the FMS Technical Architect, FMS Scrum Master(s) and other FMS Developers in other locations to provide a reliable, scalable and performant Agresso system to all SCI countries and those members that participate in the shared service.

    At least 8 years’ experience working in an IT development role
    Strong understanding of the business processes of a financial Management systems preferably an ERP
    Proven technical skills in a mainstream programming language, or database system (cross training will be provided if required)
    Good T-SQL language skills
    Experience of solving complex business and technical issues through trouble shooting and analysis, defining a clear way forward and ensuring buy in
    A desire to work on an enterprise level ERP / finance system based on the Microsoft stack (Windows Server, .NET, SQL Server, IIS)
    Experience of CI/CD process for global development team, allowing for frequent code updates with zero downtime
    Knowledge of major cloud service providers, like AWS, Azure etc.
    Ability to explain complex technical and non-technical information in a succinct and compelling manner to all levels of seniority
