    Detailed Description
    Reporting to the Chapter Lead – Brand strategy and communications .The position holder will take part in the complete brand strategy and communications process, from deep understanding of the broad set of consumers the brand serves to determining positioning and driving large-scale brand campaigns. As the principle brand story teller, this role presents a unique opportunity to shape the brand perception in the consumer’s mind in order to grow brand love. As a  principle brand guardian role, the role holder ensures adherence to brand guidelines across the business, which includes the regular audit, review and update of guidelines and brand assets.     Must have technical / professional qualifications:

    Ability to manage complex projects

    M-Pesa Africa is a separate entity, formed as a joint venture between Vodacom and Safaricom, working within the scaled agile framework (SAFe) you will act as an MPA agile scrum master and subject matter expert on statistical analysis, utilization reporting &various reporting techniques for HR data.

    Key Role Responsibilities
    HR Reporting & Analytics:

    HR metrics analytics reporting; highlight risks and actionable data to make recommendations for process changes and action plans
    Design and develop HR management reporting and KPI reporting tools linked to business strategy
    Lead detailed analysis of the impact, efficiency & effectiveness of major HR activities as measured by key performance indicators
    Responsible for consolidation of information and data to produce Exco, Ops Review, and Board reports
    Assist during HR Budgeting cycle

    Strategic Workforce and Headcount Management:

    Support in developing a workforce Plan for MPA
    Support in scoping, sourcing, implementation of a workforce management system with Software Engineering
    Advice and work with line managers and HR to design optimal staffing levels and measure productivity
    Maintain a comprehensive, accurate and up to date staff and HC database/dashboard
    Monitor all departmental Exits, Movements, Joiners and Role Changes with the associated attrition rates

    Other HR initiatives:

    Rollout and implementation of MPA employee engagement programs and Health Wellness & Safety (HSW)programs with guidance from relevant Center of excellence teams in Vodacom and Safaricom
    To act as liaison between the HR Lead and other stakeholders both internal and external
    Support with Audits
    Support with review and analysis of job descriptions to feed to MPA job Architecture

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience in a large corporate environment performing moderately complex to very complex employee analysis and research, using qualitative and quantitative measurement and data collection design principles in HR, Finance or Marketing.

     Brief Description
    Reporting to the Cluster Senior Agile Coach, TMO the Agile Coach is responsible for coaching tribes, squads and chapters in the adoption of agile ways of working to build high performing teams to achieve tribe outcomes aligned with company mission. Advocate for organization-wide agile transformation.
     Responsibilities

    Coach: Coach Tribe leads, tribe Tech Leads, Chapter Leads, Product Owners and empower squad members to deliver aspirational OKRs for business performance. Coach teams to identify value opportunities and run experiments to test them to drive innovation culture.
    Facilitator: Facilitate squads’ agile way of working through Safaricom Agile Blueprint best practice. Adhere to Tribe and squad ceremonies e.g. 6 weeks look ahead, 2 weeks sprint, POCLAC, PO sync, Monthly Tribe reviews, Big room Planning, Quarterly Business Review.
    Trainer: Provide training to the squad on the agile process through continuous training and improvement on velocity, quality, processes etc. Deliver training programs for all employees in the organization as needed as part of agile capability training (e.g., bootcamps, “Agile 101” sessions, role specific trainings) to grow agile culture.
    Mentor: Focusing on squads and tribes Continuous Improvement by creating a psychological safe environment for healthy conflict and meaningful collaboration.
    Train TL, TTL, PO, CL and tribe members on agile principles and how to apply them in backlog creation, MVP design and user story mapping to focus on business outcomes to satisfy the customer.
    Agile maturity: tribe monthly pulse surveys to measure the adoption of Agile principles and practices to identify gaps and opportunities to improve overall Agile maturity.
    People and mindset performance evaluations in the contribution model via 360-degree feedback for the Tribe’s Agile Squads.
    Develop professional skills as “craftsmanship” through Agile Coach craft learning journey: Outcomes-focused delivery, Coaching & Agile skills.
    Facilitation of chapter boosts, inter-chapter boosts and knowledge sharing for best practice evolution and consistency.

    Bachelor’s degree in STEM from an accredited college or university is preferred
    Experience in the IT industry and a good understanding of the full software life cycle and DevOps.

    Brief Description.

     Responsibilities

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Candidate should demonstrate deep and wide knowledge of VMWare, Solarwinds, Windows Servers, Redhat/Linux, Databases, Email Systems, Containers, VMWare Openstack, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS platforms and Other Public Clouds. Relevant certifications in Azure and/or AWS a huge plus

    Responsibilities
    Project/programme Management

    Development of different programmes and projects based on the Foundations’ strategy and or investment frameworks

    Manage Foundation partners’ work plans to ensure alignment with financial disbursements – reviews, reporting, dashboards
