    Responsible for oversite and management of all activities in the production area. The upkeep and maintenance of the infrastructure within, activities to ensure best output. General plant hygiene and health.
    Key tasks:
    Ripening & Ripening Chambers.

    Manage weekly ripening programs.
    Following and help keep SOPs to ensure quality and safety.
