Qualification for the Human Resource Officer’s Position
Minimum three years’ experience practicing HR is required.
Minimum of Degree in HR Management or Business Management.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in excel and power point.
Conversant with the employment laws and best practices of HR.
Discreet and able to handle confidential information of both staff and the organisation
Attention to details ,Strong work ethic and good numerical skills.
Good organisational skills,written and verbal communication
A high level of honesty and integrity,ethics and maturity.
Able to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
Human Resource Officer Job Responsibilities
Formulating and aligning the Human Resource strategies to the Organizational strategy.
Continually reviewing and implementing HR policies & procedures.
Ensure the company is fully compliant with the relevant employment laws.
Supporting the recruitment function including job advertisements, interview scheduling and shortlisting.
Updating and maintaining employee records in an accurate and timely manner, both electronic and physical.
Monitoring of employees leave records and ensuring records are kept up to date.
Timely renewal and application of employment contracts.
Preparation of human resource related monthly reports.
