As a Lead Generation Executive, the purpose of the role is to support the USbased Business Development Manager to help them set up calls and meetings with US based prospects from a provided target list of companies. The Lead Gen Executive will be cold calling and emailing US prospects, mainly IT Managers, IT Directors, IT VPs, IT PMO or IT Procurement, in order to achieve the required monthly meetings.

    Roles and responsibilities: 

    Possesses excellent English communication (written and verbal), and good presentation / discussion skills over the phone.

    Must have strong influencing and convincing skills to be able to convince prospects to agree to meetings.

    Assist scheduling face to face meetings for conferences and planned travel, as requested by the Directors or BDM.
    Must complete Lead Handover Documents for all scheduled Meetings to help prep the BDM for the client calls.
    Must do research on target accounts using sources such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and others to come up with names and phone #s of relevant people to call within the target accounts or MSP.
    Research summaries on target companies and industry happenings/opportunities related to the MSP space.
    Responsible for performing followup with prospects on a regular basis.
    Must maintain regular contact with prospects via email or telephone.

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring project execution within budgets and timelines, reporting project health and profitability to the management, advising on risks and mitigation strategies, and maintaining client relationships at the highest levels.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    Experience

    Proven experience of at least 8 years of proven and verifiable experience in heading a delivery organization within the IT services industry.
    Proven customer management and relationship skills are essential, including experience engaging with clients at CXO levels.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and senior management.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make strategic decisions.
    Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of leading teams to achieve successful outcomes.
    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, MBA or equivalent is a plus. Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and Prince 2 are required.

    Responsibilities:

    Team Management: Direct and oversee the performance of various teams within the organization, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to promote a positive and productive work environment.
    Project Execution: Ensure that all projects are executed efficiently within established budgets and timelines. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
    Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to the management on the financial health and profitability of projects. Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
    Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Work closely with project teams to implement risk management plans and ensure their effectiveness.
    Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including engagement at CXO levels. Understand client needs and expectations and ensure that the organization delivers high-quality services that meet or exceed client requirements.
    Experience in Public Sector Projects: Preference for candidates with experience in managing and delivering large turnkey projects in the public sector, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa. This includes an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of public sector projects in the region.
    Internal Oversight: Oversee the internal IT team, Project Management Office (PMO), and internal compliance functions. Ensure that these internal departments are operating efficiently and effectively to support the overall business objectives.

He/She is a key player in establishing cybersecurity strategies and implementing tactics to achieve those strategic goals.
    Required Skills & Experience:
    Security Researcher:
    The security researcher will be responsible for finding vulnerabilities in Win 11 and Win 10, learn why it happened, and reports the results they got to help patch the vulnerable systems.
    Skills Required:

    Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH)
    Experience in emulating MITRE ATT&CK techniques.
    Knowledge of infrastructure systems and regulations (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, GDPR)​.
    Knowledge on either SIGMA, KQL, STIX, and other detection languages
    Knowledge of cybersecurity tools such as Safebreach, AttackIQ, Cymulate

    Pen Testing:
    The Pen Tester will select specific techniques from the MITRE ATT&CK matrix that we want to emulate during the penetration test.
    Skills Required

    Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH)
    Experience in emulating MITRE ATT&CK techniques
    Knowledge of cybersecurity tools such as Safebreach, AttackIQ, Cymulate.

    Red Team:
    The role will involve simulating real-world cyberattacks to evaluate the effectiveness of Win11 and Win10 Security measures by selecting the covered specific techniques from MITRE ATT&CK and emulate them.
    Skills Required

    Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH)
    Experience in emulating MITRE ATT&CK techniques
    Knowledge of cybersecurity tools such as Safebreach, AttackIQ, Cymulate

    Responsibilities and duties:

    Threat landscape analysis
    Creation and setup of new tests
    Investigating and running the tests providing feedback on coverage
    Maintaining Regression testing.
