    OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
    The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that the corporate debt is collected within the stipulated period and make recommendation regarding uncollectable amounts and long outstanding reconciling items. In addition, review all the departmental and external reports e.g. debt management reports, dispatch of invoices reports, policies.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     Coordinate Debt administration and collection of debts.
     Monitor, review and advice the Debtors Manager on the accounts that have surpassed their set limits.
     Organize and hold meetings with corporate clients to discuss the status of respective accounts.
     Prepare Monthly Target for as per the individual portfolio.
     Review Debtors Target weekly and advise Debtors manager and HOF on the challenges for follow up.
     Advising the debtor’s Manager on the challenges.
     Ensuring that Rejections for Top 20 Clients are addressed and response given with the time frame.
     Work with dispatch section to ensure all invoices have been dispatched.
     Review all the departmental and sectional reports by 6th of the following month.
     Maintain accurate departmental reports.
     Facilitate closures to all rejected invoices.
     Participate in preparation of financial audits to enable the department to achieve its quality objective.
     Follow up for replacement of all the vacant positions.
     To continuously monitor and evaluate individual and team performance for the department.
     Supervise staff and maintain an atmosphere of acceptance and support within the department to enable good team spirit.
      Identify areas of personal and professional growth for staff and self in order to stimulate personal and organizational growth. 

    The requirements

     Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting/Finance Option), CPA II or equivalent
     Proficient in MS Office Suite
     Formal training in customer care or equivalent demonstrated.
     A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Hospitals Credit Control/ Debtors management.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assessment of client’s aspects of performance to support engagement in occupations that affect health, well-being, and life quality.
    Apply interventions to maximize safety and independence performance in activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living of the client.
    Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks and educate them on how to break down activities into achievable components.

    The requirements

    Minimum Diploma in Occupational Therapy from a recognized / certified institution.
    BSC in occupational therapy will be an added advantage.
    Must be registered with KOTA (Kenya Occupational Therapist Association).
    At least one year work experience after three months period of internship.
    Any training in the areas that fall under rehabilitation will be an added advantage.
    Should have working knowledge of a Hospital Management Information System / computer Literate.

    Additional trainings in Rehabilitative services will be an added advantage.
    A minimum of three years of management/leadership experience
    Registration/Licensure as a professional with Physiotherapy Council of Kenya
    A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a busy reputable hospital.

    Overall Responsibility
    The Research Assistant will provide support to the research team in conducting this study.
    Key Responsibilities

    Assist with identifying and screening potential participants based on inclusion/exclusion criteria and obtain informed consent from eligible patients or their representatives.
    Collect demographic and clinical data from medical records, ensure accurate and complete data entry into designated study electronic databases.
    Track patient progress throughout their hospital stay while documenting relevant clinical information.
    Assist with scheduling and coordinating blood draws for thromboelastometry and other required blood tests.
    Proper labelling and storage of blood samples according to study protocol and assist with sample processing tasks as required.
    Maintain accurate and organized study records, enter data into designated study databases in a timely and accurate manner.

    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Public Health, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Sciences)

    The requirements

    Higher Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution.
    Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences will be an added advantage.
    Minimum of three (3) years working experience in a busy medical laboratory
    Experience in an accredited laboratory will be an added advantage.
    Proficiency in other laboratory disciplines will be an added advantage.
    Registration with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board. A current practice license is mandatory.

    Role Summary
