    Gather current marketplace information on newly introduced products, delivery schedules, pricing, and merchandising techniques in order to monitor competition
    Selling the products and ensuring the customers are well stocked.
    Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.
    Serve as a liaison between the client and the company.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor Degree in sales and Marketing or any other related field
    Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales and marketing. Having sold animal feeds ingredients will be an added advantage
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment
    Honest, hardworking and self-driven person
    Basic Computer skills

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Develop and update KeNIC’s marketing and communication strategy.
    Coordinate with relevant department heads to develop annual marketing plans in line with the overall company strategies.
    Prepare and manage the marketing department’s budget.
    Coordinate marketing events and campaigns by building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
    Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure objectives are measurable, clear, targets are met, and ROI is analysed.
    Increase brand awareness and market share.
    Identify collaborative opportunities to promote the KeNIC brand, increase brand visibility and engagement in major industry related events.

    Champion customer service and promote positive relationships with our customers, suppliers, stakeholders, partners and sponsors.

     PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
    A master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
    Digital and writing qualifications will be an advantage.
    At least 10+ years’ experience with 5 being in a managerial position.
    Member of a marketing professional body.

    Desirable Skills

    Hands-on experience with web analytics tools and proficiency in electronic marketing automation software.
    Digital, writing and content creation skills will be an added advantage.

    Overall Job Profile
    Responsible for provision of independent and objective evaluation of Society financial and operating activities.
    Qualifications;

    First Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university;
    Certified Public Accountant CPA (K);

    Knowledge of computerized audit techniques and experience in systems audit;
    Member of IIA-K or equivalent with a current good standing;

    CPA III (K) or it’s equivalent and member of ICPAK

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Qualifications

    Degree holder In Graphic design, Marketing or any other related field
    10 years’ experience in the Management field
    Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash
    Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
    Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals
    Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of graphic design or social media
    Recent hands-on experience with applying design, copy, or web best practices
    Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership
    Web design experience an advantage, especially using HTML5 and WordPress
