    Requirements

    Managing all the cash transactions in their workplace
    Maintaining daily account of the daily transactions
    Balancing the daily account at the end of each day
    Checking the daily cash balance
    Interacting with the customers that come to the counter
    Solving all their cash related queries
    Checking for the price of products and any discounts or offers
    Receiving coupons and deducting the said amount from the customers
    Organizing all the work they do and maintaining the accounting records
    Reporting discrepancies they find within the accounts to their superiors
    Making daily, weekly and monthly transaction reports

    Qualifications

    A Diploma/Experience is accounting, is helpful
    Knowledge of the banking policies and procedures
    Strong proficiency in mathematics and statistics
    Ability to organize data and draft reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
    Strong communication skills that help to develop courteous conversation with the customers
    Proficient in managing the rush of customers and helping each one of them promptly

    Job Description
    To maintain accurate records of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards
    Job Responsibilities

    Regulation of in-stock levels
    Stock purchases
    Requisition management
    Stores Inventory and Administrative support.
    Stores Control Measures and overall store management.
    Responsible for all stores issuance and receipts.
    Proper record keeping of all consumables.
    Raising purchase orders to relevant department managers.
    Keeping track of stock levels and ensuring all are within boundaries.
    Ensuring the control mechanisms are implemented and followed to the latter.
    Preparing monthly stock takes and valuations.
    Sharing the Reports of usage with the Finance team monthly.
    Booking all receipts of spares and or purchases through the stores.
    Any other duties that might be allocated by the line Manager and or senior management.

    Skills and Specifications

    Adequate comprehension skills to understand the importance of maintaining property assets and accounting for the same
    Has a thorough of the ins and outs of the reporting systems’ and store book keeping
    Has a good command of the English language both verbal and written
    Highly trust worthy

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in the hospitality industry at-least 2 years
    Procurement/Supplies qualifications
    Knowledge of materials control
