    Custom Development

    Identify any custom development needs, and work with internal and external resources to implement and roll out as per the strategy. Own the road map for new feature and version roll-outs / roll overs, and ensure that the users of the respective systems get the requisite support & training

    Support Management

    Ensuring that support across all of our core systems is dynamic and effective, that processes are standardised and delivery and resolution to issues arising are timely.

    About You

    Skills and Qualifications required:

    Completed a Bachelors Degree- A Degree in Computer Science or Information preferred
    5+ years work experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented organisations
    Experiencing working in a company both globally and cross-functionally
    Proven ability to work well with stakeholders of different levels and backgrounds
    Experience designing and implementing org-wide systems and processes

The Facilities Associate Manager will identify and address safety risks on the different Campus grounds.     Key Responsibilities For The Role Include

    Being the go-to-person on the team when it comes to efficient and effective campus maintenance and repairs, facilities management and provision of utilities.
    Being responsible and accountable for the smooth operation, supervision and maintenance of all building equipment and systems that provide a continuous supply of water, electrical power, and other utilities required for running the schools.
    Source for suitable and quality contractors who can provide parts and services at a reasonable negotiated cost.
    Track the supply of water and electricity to determine optimum usage or detect wastage and ensure utility bills are accurate and are paid out on time.

    Proactively and routinely inspect buildings and other support infrastructure to keep them optimally functional and detect or diagnose malfunctions in need of repair.
    Prepare a schedule for maintenance (cost, timelines and manage bid management) matters with the operations team and agree when work will be carried out.
    Minimize maintenance disruptions to the running of the school.
    Respond to maintenance requests in a timely response, provide weekly updates of the status of jobs reported to the affected teammates and closeout reported repairs within the most effective turnaround time, to the highest quality and within the most effective cost.
    Manage the team of Facilities supervisors who manage and vet the executed works outlined above.

    There are a series of stages in the Nova Pioneer interview process and candidates will be moved forward in the process depending on their success in the previous stage.

    Phone interview: a short conversation to understand your skills and experience a little better.
    Practical demonstration of what you can do: you will complete a written task or a demonstration related to the role you are applying for. Teachers participate in a half-day selection day at one of our campuses as well as deliver a lesson to a class.
    In-person interviews: at this point you will visit one of our schools to meet the team and participate in a series of in-person interviews.
    Final interview: you’ll have a final conversation with the hiring manager before decisions are made.
