    About the Role
    The Real Estate Sales Executives will be primarily responsible for sales of Villas and Plots that are being developed by Superior Homes in Pazuri at Vipingo.
    These include completed units and off-plan sales for units that shall be developed when a buyer pays.
    Responsibilities:

    Sales of all real estate units and plots being developed by Superior Homes Kenya in Pazuri at Vipingo.
    Identify and cultivate appropriate prospective clients, and follow up on new business opportunities, with the end goal of selling real estate units and plots.
    Source for new real estate clients through activations, meetings, referrals, site visits, cold-calling and all forms of sales prospecting.
    Follow up and sale of real estate to all client leads that are provided to the Sales team from the Marketing team.
    Ensure that all Sales Leads and discussions are tracked and recorded in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) System for Superior Homes Kenya.
    Meet allocated sales targets by proactively engaging in sales activities, with all performance measured against sales targets.
    Manage the sales process, all the way from identification of a client, towards closing and signing of Sale Agreements.
    Communicating effectively with customers and maintain up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, deal of the month, and new products.
    Accompany clients during visits and inspections of the property.
    Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience as a Sales Executive in real estate sales, with those that have at least 3-years of experience in real estate sales.
    Track record with sourcing leads, converting leads to sales, engaging clients, and maintaining client relationships.
    Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
    Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
    Ability to understand real estate market dynamics and convince buyers of the product you are selling.
    Hunger and drive to close sales, and a passion for sales.
    Honesty and integrity when carrying out all tasks.
    Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
    Good analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
    Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize.

    Finance Accountant – Hospitality

    Location: Elementaita, Kenya.
    Key Responsibility:
    The Finance Accountant will be responsible for the Finance & Accounting function of Superior Homes’ signature hospitality development in Elementaita, known as Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge. This includes, but is not limited to, preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, accounts payable, accounts receivable as well as cashflow management, budgeting, cost rationalization, financial management and finance administration.
    Responsibilities:

    Managing the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely and accurate ledger cards as well as promptly settlement of the suppliers’ payments in line with the company policy.
    Managing the Accounts Receivable function to ensure accurate and timely billing as well as collections.
    Continuous vouching of the entities Trial Balance to correct possible errors and to verify the General Ledger accounts balances at all time.
    To maintain fixed assets registers and ensure that companies assets are not misused and that their existence is verifiable at all times.
    Ensuring financial transactions are properly recorded and accurately entered into the accounting systems.
    Ensuring compliance with government and corporate policies laws and regulations.
    Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and hotel procedures.
    Undertake cash and bank reconciliations.
    Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and document business transactions.
    Take responsibility for daily stock takes, spot checks, reconciliation and timely preparation of daily sales reports against expenses.
    Responsible for verification of income, receivables & debtors reconciliation.
    Preparation of financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position.
    Analyze transactions, processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved.
    Apply cost accounting methods to achieve efficient representation of cost center performance.
    Reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
    Responsible for all statutory obligations and payroll preparation.
    Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.

    Job Qualifications

    A bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with a preference for second-class upper division.
    A CPA-K holder
    MUST have a minimum of 2 – 3 years’ recent experience as a senior accountant in a hotel or lodge
    MUST have Proficiency in Sage accounting system
    Proficiency in hotel operating systems, Microsoft office and email applications
    Must be candidate of unquestionable integrity
    Should also be dynamic and a team player
    Excellent analytical skills and hotel controls
    Ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurized environment
    Team leader with excellent organizational skills

    The Accountant who will be responsible for tasks relating to the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable as well as cash handling, financial management and administration
    Key Responsibilities

    Ensuring compliance with government and corporate policies laws and regulations
    Prepares monthly reports
    Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and hotel procedures
    Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
    Undertake cash and bank reconciliations
    Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and document business transactions.
    Take responsibility for daily stock takes, spot checks, reconciliation and timely of daily sales reports against expenses.
    Responsible for verification of income, receivables & debtors reconciliation
    Prepares monthly revenue and cost center reports
    Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position.

    Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information.

    Job Qualifications

    Degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA-K
    Highly skilled and experienced none degree holders with a CPA-K also qualify
    MUST have a minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience as an accountant in a hotel or lodge
    MUST have Proficiency in Sage accounting system
    Proficiency in any hotel operating and accounting system and Microsoft office and email applications
    Must be candidate of unquestionable integrity
