    Role Description

    This is a contract role for a Graphic Design Specialist located on-site in Nakuru. The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and designs that meet specific customer requirements on a day-to-day basis.

    Qualifications

    Graphics, Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding skills
    Ability to perform Image Editing techniques to enhance images and graphics
    Ability to understand customer requirements and incorporate them into creative designs
    Excellent knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite software including Photoshop.
    Professional certification in design, graphics, or equivalent experience
    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
    Experience designing for web is a plus
    Experience with 3D modeling and animation software is a plus

    As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors’ products and services.
    Responsibilities 

    Preparing marketing and sales strategies. 
    Conducting extensive research on competitors’ products and services. 
    Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
    Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients. 
    Working in collaboration with the Digital Marketing department. 
    Answering client’s questions in a professional manner. 
    Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company. 
    Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company. 
    Ensuring the company meets the sales targets. 
    Negotiating the deals with the clients.  

    Requirements 

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field. 
    Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department. 
    Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics. 
    A result-driven and organized individual. 
    Good oral and written communication skills. 
    Outstanding project management skills. . 
    Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 
    Good negotiation and sales skills.
