    Detailed Responsibilities:

    Sales: Supporting the sales team to close deals and manage account progression internally to reduce customer drop off rates.
    Strategy:
    Developing the sales department through defining the processes and the systems used by the department.
    Analysing existing clients to identify gaps and sales opportunities; developing strategies to cross sell and up-sell.
    Leadership: Growing and developing the sales team. Coaching and mentoring of team members to upskill the team.
    Project Management:
    Coordinating field based teams and prioritizing targets.
    Collaborating with the Business Development team to close with investors.
    Financial Tracking and Planning: Monitoring, consolidating and reporting on sales directly to senior management – CEO.

    A day in the Life

    Monitor sales revenue on dashboards to track progress and spot issues/gaps.
    Liaise with internal departments e.g. Credit, HR and Business Development.
    Supporting the field sales team to close deals with clients.
