    JOB PURPOSE

    To ensure all production data is accurately and timely recorded on the company accounting system (Dynamics) and analyzed through the various tools available. The job purpose will include monitoring workflow and material movements in the production cycles to ensure continuous operations.

    KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

    Monitor material movement on the production cycle to ensure continuous operations and 100% material accountability.
    Track material shortages on the production floor and provide solutions in liaison with the materials controller.
    Physical verification of all receipts against accompanying documents and reconciling delivery data with production orders
    Responsible for managing operational data related to production volumes and materials.
    Development of operational costs to ensure data integrity.
    Ensure a systematic and accurate way of recording factory scrap.
    Responsible for managing operational data related to production volumes and materials.
    With the assistance of the production supervisors, ensure daily and monthly production data is correctly recorded and filed for future use.
    Post all production daily on the Dynamics system accurately while ensuring there are no mistakes.
    Ensure that production and process operations are run cost-effectively to minimize waste of resources.
    Assist in the month-end stock take and financial reporting process including account analysis and reconciliation.
    Raise a “red flag” on any abnormal usage of stock items.
    Share with management findings and recommendations.
    Participate in any other duties that shall be reasonably assigned by management.

    KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION REQUIRED

    Diploma or Degree in Business or IT courses
    A background in accounting is preferable.
    OR at least 2 years of working experience in production, and manufacturing set-up
    Self-driven with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
    Advanced competency in MS Excel, and QuickBooks, and a good knowledge of ERP systems like Dynamics, and Navision.
    Excellent Data Analysis skills.
    Ability to plan work activities to achieve an outcome within an agreed time frame.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to participate and work within a technical project team environment.
    Ability to work with attention to detail and to accurately document work activities undertaken.
    Ability to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

    Product management

    You will assist to manage the new phone model transition in close liaison with Market Development.
    You will ensure test samples are received and test plans uploaded in good time.

    Certifications

    You will follow up with OEM to ensure Type approval certificates are in place before the start of sales in each country.
    You will maintain an updated TA tracker for all markets.

    Material Supply Planning

    You will coordinate with our Planning Team to ensure all suppliers’ POs are released per the agreed supplier terms to avoid product delivery delays.
    You will ensure supplier deliveries are following communicated delivery plan and update the subsequent sourcing trackers

    Supplier relationship

    You will oversee tracking OEM activations targets and working with our warehouse teams to ensure our targets are achieved.
