    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Receiving customers at the branch and attending to enquiries
    Receiving customers emails and phone calls and providing prompt feedback
    Engage customers with inactive accounts to activate them
    Assist customers in the account opening procedures
    Conduct KYC and AML verify customers’ credentials and information shared
    Report any fraudulent or questionable potential customers
    Share the bank product flyer and introduce the features to the customer for future follow up.
    Cross sell bank products to existing customers to increase product usage level
    Processing of deposit and withdrawal transactions
    Efficient execution client’s instructions and follow up
    Provide service feedback form to the customers
    Ensure the banking  is well stocked with promo material and necessary stationery
    Authenticate all outward cheques and post in the system
    Cash management by tracking the level of cash in your till and the demand levels
    Keep the cash tills secure
    Management of turnaround time on customer queries
    Queue management in the banking hall
    Ensure the customer experience is commendable at all times.
    Monitor the ambience and cleanliness of the banking hall through the day
    Facilitate applications of ATMs and mobile banking services
    Coordinate the postage of parcels from branch to designated recipients and back
    Coordinate the branch meeting logistics
    Responsible for basic office supplies such as stationery, water etc

    QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    Degree in a Business Management, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Filing and submission of CBK financial reports as required

    JOB PURPOSE
    The Senior Credit analyst will support Head of Credit to plan, coordinate and control all lending activities to minimize credit risks. To prepare independent analysis of credit reviews and submit summary of analysis for credit review.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Analyze credit propositions and recommend for approval
    Reviewing the files for compliance of the approval conditions
    Weekly analysis of loan-book performance and risk Loan-book migration analysis
    Develop and track on a daily/weekly/monthly basis (as determined by Head of Business the key performance indicators in all business segments)
    Conduct Quality checks to ensure branches follow the bank’s credit policy, CBK prudential guidelines and best practice in appraisal, approval, and management of facilities.
    Generate accurate management report on business performance to facilitated decision making
    Work with Business teams to roll out training on credit applications and portfolio management
    Assess temporary credit requests and recommend for approval
    Recommend changes to lending policies in line with business dynamics
    Check completeness of documents submitted by the Business segment credit analyst and branch managers.
    Provide coaching /guidance/training on aspects of credit including policy and procedures, as may be required by branch staff and other staff involved the credit granting process
    Immediately inform the Branch/Relationship Officers/Head of segments of any document missing (according to the credit checklist).
    Analyze customer’s submitted documentation for existing state of operations.
    Regularly analyze the risk profile of the bank’s loan portfolio by product, and by segment.
    Assign risk grades for each portfolio type following the guidelines in the bank’s credit policy manual.
    Timely approval of all credit applications
    Preparation of various credit reports
    Review of credit policy and updating it in line with changes in the lending environment
    Review of new and existing products as per bank’s guidelines
    Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements.
    Review and ensure compliance of facilities approved conditions.

    JOB PURPOSE
    To ensure that the Bank’s overall risk & compliance frameworks specifically under internal processes and procedures, regulatory, statutory, KYC & AML guidelines is acceptable and there is full compliance to the same within the bank.     Prepare Annual Risk & Compliance Strategy for Board Audit & Risk committee (BARC) approval
    Review and maintain the bank’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework and ensuring that are risks are identified, evaluated, treated, and monitored on timely basis.
    Establish and implement a Stress testing framework that covers the major risks facing the bank.
    Develop, maintain, and update the corporate risk register for the bank and regularly review the bank’s risk appetite statement.
    Conduct Risk assessments on all bank projects, units, products, and processes as per the risk management policies and procedures.
    Conduct reviews on all bank activities, processes, and units to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, regulations, and all relevant laws.
    Conduct daily transactions monitoring, compile, and report to relevant regulators on any over the limit and/or suspicious transactions.
    Conduct internal Risk management, AML, and KYC trainings to promote compliance awareness and improve the risk culture in the bank.
    Represent the risk and compliance function at various management and committee meetings as and when requested and advice on risk issues.
    To be the bank’s designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
    Prepare Risk and Compliance reports and present to the BARC on Quarterly basis.
    To perform any other duties as assigned in line with the organization goals and objectives.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience

    University degree in a business-related field or its equivalent.
    At least 5 years’ experience in Risk & Compliance within Banking or Financial Services Sector
    Postgraduate or professional risk management qualification desirable.

    JOB PURPOSE

    Sales and Marketing of bank’s financial products (Deposits, Transaction, Bancassurance and Loans) products
    Relationship management to maintain quality growth in all the key performance indicators within the church ecosystem.
    Training bank staff on Church Banking
    Promote the Church Banking model to all the churches in Kenya
    Representing the bank in all the religious ecosystem forums
    Formulate, design and review product and platform strategies that competitively address identified and emergent market opportunities within the religious sector.
    Periodic review of existing products and platforms to enhance their offering in the market to ensure product continuously yields expected benefits.
    Full responsibility for assigned religious sector product lines and all sales and business development activities for the bank
