YOUR MISSION
Succesfully acquire, maintain and monitor agreements with medical service providers in allocated regions.
Analyse and determine in which countries, regions and cities our network of providers must grow.
Negotiate with clients and client managers the most appropriate network extension efforts in the allocated region.
Actively look for and bring on new providers by all means, including business trips.
Negotiate and discuss agreements (direct payment agreements and/or discounts fees and price agreements).
Visit clients and manage the relationship with the providers under agreement in allocated regions and monitor the quality of their services and execution of the agreements.
Act as an expert with regards to the medical landscape in the countries within your region and continuously monitor evolutions in that respect
Ensure the correct handling of all administrative aspects of the agreements with the providers, you maintain the Provider Data Base (PIMS) and make overviews of provider networks.
Analyse price lists and data, write clear conclusions and you identify cost containment opportunities.
You are the internal key person for all other Units and departments for issues relating to the providers in the allocated regions. Especially intensive communication with Clinical, Service OPS and Sales and Client Management.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a Master Degree or similar by experience.
Knowledge of the Provider Network is an asset.
You have active knowledge of at least English and French, an extra language is an asset.
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
You know how to be correct, professional and easy in contact with different stakeholders (providers, clients, colleagues, superiors).
You possess good negotiations skills that help you to easily come to an agreement with providers on a commercial and strategic manner. You can excite someone’s interest through good arguments.
You are able to communicate own and/or company visions fluent and clear and can pay attention to the message of the provider at the same time.
You are able to plan, prioritize and coordinate tasks in an efficient way and you work accurately.
You take initiative, are able to anticipate on expectations of providers and you love the challenge of problem-solving.
You are able to independently plan, organize and carry through (international) trips.
You are empathetic and a constructive team player.
