    What You Will Do

    Your Role

    The finance systems analyst roles include updating finance & operational reports, updating and maintaining finance systems, and troubleshooting system issues. The role also involves uploading and exporting data files from the ERP system, analyzing them and presenting the results in a way they can be easily actioned on.

    What you will do

    Troubleshooting system failures, ticketing bugs, and collaborating closely with the Engineering and Product Software Departments to resolve issues.
    Reconciling ERP financial inputs with financial and operational data from the Core System.
    Monitoring journal entries posted in the ERP System to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    Conducting comprehensive health checks on financial system functions and reports, promptly notifying relevant stakeholders of any identified issues for resolution.
    Actively participating in data cleanup activities.
    Training staff on best practices for utilizing financial systems and developing reference materials for training purposes.
    Testing system updates and obtaining signoff from the Finance Systems Manager before deploying them to production.
    Creating high-quality documentation on various functions within the finance system, aiming for excellence.

    What you will bring to KOKO

    Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing end-user support for ERP systems.
    Essential experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
    Proficient knowledge of best practices in Finance, Procurement, and Project Management.
    Familiarity with supporting Odoo ERP and any budgeting and reporting software solution would be advantageous.
    Solid technical skills in Excel, Accounting Software/ERPs, basic SQL, and Python.

    Product Support Engineer

    Your Role

    As we expand within and outside Kenya, we are looking for experienced Product Support Engineers to help investigate, triage, and resolve problems, allowing KOKO to deliver stellar performance to its customers. You will work closely with users of KOKO technology as well as technical teams to ensure problems are resolved within agreed SLAs. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to add value across KOKO’s entire product suite.

    What You Will Do

    Take ownership of complex technical issues
    Research diagnose, troubleshoot, and triage problems and identify solutions to resolve them
    Collaborate with distributed teams of developers, quality engineers, and product managers
    Understand the product/technical roadmap and manage the impact of changes
    Work closely with Quality Engineering and SRE teams to facilitate releases and continuous deployment.
    Help define and manage procedures for proper escalation of issues to the appropriate internal teams.
    Track reported issues and provide regular reports to stakeholders according to agreed SLAs
    Make use of and build a product support knowledgebase
    KOKO’s current technology stack includes (but is not limited to) AWS, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, CircleCI, Ansible, Python, Flask, Vue.js, Postgres, Kotlin, Java, Firebase, C++, Celery, Message Queues, Odoo ERP, Git

    What You Will Bring to KOKO

    Two or more years of experience working as a product support engineer.
    Ability to write Python and shell scripting as well as SQL/PostgreSQL.
    Good understanding of AWS and Cloudwatch in particular.
    Knowledge of monitoring and alerting best practices.
    Deployment and Monitoring experience with cloud services such as AWS.
    Working knowledge of Linux operating systems, networking, and databases.

    Your Role

    You will be expected to maintain our information technology systems, hardware and networks, and perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of ICT systems.

    What you will do

    Coordinate ICT Operations across KOKO offices in Kenya.
    Provide technical support and assistance to internal users, responding promptly to IT support requests and resolving issues effectively

    Collaborate with the Global IT team to standardize and  improve infrastructure and IT operations.

    Monitor system and network performance
