    Your Role

    What You Will Do

    Partner Management: own and oversee the relationship with our third-party logistics partners
    Foster an environment of continuous improvement that meets or exceeds division expectations
    Establish clear performance and behavioral expectations for all direct reports
    Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals

    Who You Are

    4+ years of work experience in supply chain management, warehousing, or logistics
    2+ years of management experience
    Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or related field from an accredited institution required
    Strong computer skills/Information Technology certification would be an added advantage
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
    Ability to work autonomously and think on your feet
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Your Role
    As Senior Finance Officer – Supply Chain, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the Financial aspects of KOKO’s Supply Chain. This is an exciting role that will help shape best practices around operational efficiency, compliance, tax, cost management, and cash flow. The role also includes management and verification of import and export-related documentation, including tax verification, and payment management.
    What You Will Do

    Review and verify all import and export documents, ensuring integrity and compliance with requirements from KRA, KEBS, KPA, and other local and international regulatory bodies
    Work with colleagues in the Group Supply Chain team to clear international shipments, liaising with vendors and partners to provide required importation documentation
    Assist the Finance Department with the preparation of financial documents for KRA tax and Customs audits
    Maintain robust records for each shipment, including shipping entries, invoices, and SWIFT payments
    Maintain structured communication with Group Supply Chain management and business departments to ensure visibility into order status, timelines, and obstacles
    Verify all payments to be made for shipment clearing, by confirming tax calculations, and reconciling freight invoices and clearing charges
    Financial lead in moving strategic projects forward, and in understanding implications of project development, deployment and approval.

    Responsibilities

    KOKO Sasa is a service that gives our existing customers the option to instantly swap their empty KOKO canister for a full canister of KOKO fuel at participating Agents.
    As a KOKO Sasa Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful deployment of KOKO Sasa to existing Agents. You will provide on-field training of KOKO Sasa during the deployment. You will also provide field support to the Agents when need be. You will need to achieve targets related to enrolling and managing KOKO Sasa at Agent shops.
    What You Will Do:

    Deploying the KOKO Sasa starter pack to already existing Agents and ensuring that KOKO Sasa canisters in the starter pack are filled and displayed
    Assist in the initial training of new KOKO Sasa Agents
    Train KOKO Sasa Agents on-ground to do both cash and credit swaps as well as refill training.
    Ensure KOKO Sasa Agent shops are branded and the display is done optimally
    Help build the overall efficiency and value of KOKO Sasa by collaborating with internal support and development teams and continuously looking for innovative ways to grow the service.

    Your Role

    As a Business Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for preparing KOKO Networks for an exciting period of growth and scale by defining best practices, codifying, and implementing them in conjunction with the Product Department and Operations Department.     What You Will Do

    Develop Business Playbooks (SOPs) for all our key organizational processes to allow KOKO Networks to scale in existing areas and expand into new operating locations
    Identify inefficiencies and problem areas in business processes, then work with a cross-functional team to improve the process (Solutions Design)
    Implement improvements in tandem with Business Process Owners (Implementation)

    Your Role

    As KOKO grows within and outside Kenya, our team is looking for an Engineering Manager to build and manage part of our growing team of engineers, be responsible for ensuring high standards are maintained and projects are successfully executed. As such you will play a key role in enabling KOKO’s long term success, including our expansion beyond Nairobi and Kenya. This is a very visible leadership position in which you should be able to influence the decisions of your team without having to make all of them.

    In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute and add value across KOKO’s entire product suite, through individual contribution, and equally importantly through bringing strong leadership to a group of software engineers. In this role, you should be a “player and coach” – excited about managing and coaching software engineers, as well as contributing, hands-on.

    KOKO’s suite of products spans multiple technical domains and disciplines in software and hardware, and so experience in end-to-end systems thinking across distributed components is key.

    What you will do

    You will recruit, manage and provide technical mentorship to engineers through active coaching and setting measurable goals that help them grow and create maximum impact for KOKO.
    You will build the engineering culture at KOKO, ensuring it is positioned to attract similar minded people with a passion for using technology to tackle some of the hardest challenges.
