    Your Role:

You will need to achieve targets related to growing our customer base.
    What you will do

    Oversee the performance and relationship management of KOKO Agents assigned to you
    Drive customer acquisition through Joint Business Plans and Trade Marketing Initiatives with Agents
    Execute activity plans to ensure delivery of targets
    Ensure effective execution of all Agent Network sales processes through the sales cycle to enable a positive Agent and customer experience
    Train Agents and promoters on the KOKO way of selling
    Engage collaboratively with in-house Agents and customer support teams
    Gather market intelligence and customer feedback and share back to commercial leadership

    What you will do

    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in a business-related area of study
    3+ years experience in a similar position ideally from FMCG or Telco

    Your Role
    Our team is looking for highly experienced android engineers to lead development of our android based software products. KOKO’s suite of products spans multiple technical domains and disciplines in software and hardware, and so experience in end-to-end systems thinking across distributed components is key for this role.

    Calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.

    Perform periodic inspection checks for product compliance in the network with set standards
    Ensure the safety of the work environment during quality checks
    Test products as per KOKO Labs procedures and reporting
    Participate in the fuels receipt with representatives of our fuel partners Participate in sourcing and replacement of the fuels testing equipment on a need basis
    Report, escalate and follow up on fuel delivery-related field incidents
    Provide feedback on the KOKO technology used by KOKO operators and identify areas of improvement
    Monitor and report on the performance of all Micro tankers
    Lead and Mentor operators and assistants on existing technology improvements, KOKO maintenance activities, quality, safety, and incident management
    Supervise the rollout of new last-mile hardware; depot stations and micro tankers

    What You Will Bring

    What you will do

    You will oversee the preparation and execution of the audit projects to investigate areas of the business, as requested by and directed by the Audit Committee and Senior Management.
    Each project will involve 1-3 weeks of discovery, providing an accurate pulse check for that area of the business.
    Each project will culminate in an audit report for the Audit Committee that will also be used operationally. 
    You will conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions. 
    You will deliver information that is focused on identifying and reducing risks as well as celebrating best practices, and identifying changes that will bring value to the business.
    Areas of focus will be diverse across all aspects of the business, Operations, Sales, Finance among others. 
    In-depth understanding of business and processes to identify key process risks and related internal controls.

    What you will bring

    Hands-on experience as an internal or external auditor, preferably at a major audit firm in Kenya.

    Ensure all deployed network hardware conforms to respective quality and regulatory requirements and adherence  to all installation, calibration, and maintenance schedules against  set metrics
    Troubleshoot system and hardware errors and resolve technical problems using a structured approach with a view to resolving incidents in a timely manner and preventing recurrence.
    Document and own activities by completing forms, reports, logs, and records using provided tools. Ensure good work management of provided work orders, instructions, and schedules to meet daily targets and maintain high-quality outputs
    Continuously identify needs for improvement by conveying it to the line manager and/or engineering team to maintain high-quality work standards
