    Responsibilities

    Coordinate research implementation meetings including trainings on conduct of the study, ethics requirements and research tools preparation.
    Preparation of study tools including pilot and pre-tests and calibration, including adapting, and translating research tools, as well as, streamlining data collection tools within the preferred electronic platform.
    Mobilization of study sites and key people in authority within the preferred research sites.
    Lead in locating, recruitment and consenting of study participants.

    Process claims through Meditech system and enclose them on a daily basis.
    Pass on journal vouchers for write offs and collection and billing errors.
    Process all pending claims/returns for the week on every Monday & 3rd of every month for the previous month.
    Highlight all discrepancies captured while processing NHIF claims with supervisor once encountered.
    Calculate approved discounts as per accounts corporate agreements and pass Journal entry.

They meticulously plan, execute, and monitor project(s) activities, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines. Through stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, risk management, and efficient communication, they navigate challenges and facilitate collaboration. Ultimately, their efforts culminate in successful project(s) closeout, delivering valuable insights that advance the Brain and Mind Institute’s mission of promoting brain health and mental well-being.
    Responsibilities

    Implement the project’s workplan by overseeing and coordinating all activities according to established timelines and milestones.
    Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and institutional requirements throughout the duration of the project.
