Job description
Organizing all staff travel between Somalia and Kenya, as well as domestic travel within Kenya. Ensure that all travel arrangements in Nairobi run smoothly, including airport transfers and hotel bookings. Simultaneously act as receptionist for RA International’s Nairobi office.
Document all staff travel and perform analysis on the travel data when required.
Build relationships with travel agents and hotels to secure better prices and terms for RA.
Maintain a travel calendar for all Director and staff travel.
Identify inefficiencies and alter the Company’s current travel policies and booking practices.
Provide adâ€hoc administrative support when required.
Ability to multitask and make evaluative judgments.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Business Administration, HR, Public Administration or Industry standard qualifications with functional experience.
Computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferably 2â€5 years experience in a similar role.
