Senior Technical Sales Representatives Infrastructure Architect Field Service Engineer

The successful candidate must have experience in food industry and proven knowledge of food formulation and solution provision.
Key Responsibilities:
To be the key technical and business development point of contact for the principal, company’s sales team and customer base.
Become an expert in the technologies, features, benefits and application of the principal’s products and solutions.
Service, retain and grow the customer base in the region and drive business growth.
Develop and maintain a healthy and well balanced project pipeline.
Plan and executive effective and appropriate trials of the principal’s solutions in customer facilities.
Manage a portfolio of the key accounts.
Maintain a customer project database and work with the regional sales.
Understand and recommend pricing requirements based on market trends and account specific knowledge.
Develop extensive knowledge of category trends, technologies and applications.
Actively train and develop team member’s understanding to maximize market penetration and cross-sales opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
Represent the company and its principals with diligence, integrity and humility.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the food industry.
Must have experience providing technical or application support in the food industry.
Ingredient industry experience in customer-facing roles with applied technical experience strongly preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated passion and skill-set for self-directed customer interaction
Business development and sales conversation skills critical.
