Job description
As a Senior Field Manager your role will be to:
Recruit new field team members and manage database of interviewers and coordinators
Establish field work strategy and prepare field planning and logistics
Distribute work among field teams members
Organize training sessions and ensure field team is trained
Materials: tablets, print-outs,…
Prepare and manage field budgets
Monitor and supervise field work on a daily basis
Ensuring proper coordination with the project manager in charge
We expect candidates to have the following:
2 to 6 years of experience in managing field teams in a market research firm
A strong record in managing large and complex fieldwork projects
A clear grasp of market research methodologies
A natural authority
A resourceful spirit and an ability to deal with new situations and to come up with creative ideas
A desire to work in an highly international environment
