Purpose of the Job
To ensure that Power Tools division meet the sales targets of its products. The position is based in Nairobi and reports to the Country Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
Sales responsibility for dedicated customers – pro-active development, coming up with innovative ideas on how to increase sales through strong activities.
Growing of customer base in the different business units we have (tools, accessories, measuring tools & Dremel).
Establish a trusted business relationship with our customers and grow the Bosch PT brand in the market.
Planning and defining the distribution strategy for Kenya together with the sales team taking into consideration different user groups of power tools.
Support in dealer and user activations in the market.
Making use of and promote marketing campaigns and promos with our customers.
Provide support in sales related projects.
Prepare monthly sales reports.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree.
Excellent customer and communication skills – written and oral.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Hands on experience in sales and demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
Good team player.
