Responsibilities
Preparing daily quality and analysis reports and ensuring all records are up to date.
Ordering receiving and releasing overseas orders to the relevant departments.
Ensuring all received orders have the right prescription and are in good condition.
Following up on any delayed jobs and communicating to the relevant departments on the same.
Preparing weekly reports on any delayed orders.
Following up on all urgent orders and ensuring timely delivery of the orders to the clients.
Receiving, investigating and reporting back on all customer complaints with an aim of preventing re-occurrence.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Planned preventive maintenance equipment.
Setting customer service standards
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Minimum qualifications
Diploma in sales, marketing or procurement
Advanced knowledge in product quality management
Minimum 2 years experience in optical industry
Quick to handle customer complaints
Good problem solving skills
Good accuracy and attention to detail
Basic Salary Ksh. 30,000-35,000/=
