Purser Insurance Officer Intern

Purser Job Responsibilities
Overall responsible for the conduct and coordination of normal and emergency cabin procedures for flights.
Manage delivery of on board quality customer service according to company set standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and make recommendations where necessary for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage proper utilization of company property to guard against wastage, misuse and damage while ensuring that all flight documentation is handled correctly.
Safeguard company and customer documents to minimize legal exposure.
Implement safety and security standards to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and company standards on every flight.
Lead and motivate the cabin crew team on board for maximum productivity.
Carry out AFP & FA performance appraisals while offering constructive feedback to motivate and improve performance.
Ensure duty free sales are carried out to maximize profits.
Supervise crew and cabin appearance standards to ensure compliance with company set standards.
Requirements for the Purser Job
English language proficiency.
Organizational, planning and analytical skills
Leadership and communication training
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
At least 2 yrs experience as an assistant flight purser.
Supervisory skills
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry and company policies, procedures and standards
