The Project Sales Lead will re-invent sales strategy and proactively implement sales initiatives. This role is critical in helping Orb Energy provide affordable and easily accessible solar based product for residential and commercial use across Sub-Saharan Africa.
This role is perfect for a professional to broaden their sales portfolio at a rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will undergo training in India and have an opportunity to manage a strong sales team.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Closing the deal
Convert leads into sales through strategic selling
Leverage new and existing professional networks to generate leads
Identify sales opportunities within the existing client portfolio to tap into potential areas of expansion.
B2B sales & team management
Prioritize leads to focus on those with the highest probability to turn into sales
Develop and execute effective national sales strategies
Support and lead a growing sales team to optimize sales force performance
Drive profitability by achieving individual and team sales targets
Communication
Report daily on individual and team performance against sales targets
Network and manage relationships with existing, and new clients
Collaborate with departments within the organization to obtain their support at crucial stages of the sales cycle
Does this sound like you?
BA degree holder in a relevant discipline
7 – 11 years’ B2B sales management experience
Team management experience
Premium thermo-technical experience (preferred)
Proven experience in bulk sales to corporate clients
Highly communicative with the ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Clear verbal and written communication skills (Ability to write proposals a plus)
Outgoing personality who takes initiative
Organized and dependable time manager
High degree of integrity
Delivery-oriented approach to work
