POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for energetic and responsible managers with a Sales mindset. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for a cluster of kiosks, as well as the performance of the agents assigned to that cluster. This role will report directly to the Sales Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing team’s performance— attendance, work ethic, monitoring and tracking sales, and developing innovative sales strategies for your cluster
Ensuring all sales agents within your team meet their individual targets
Developing high performing agents through mentoring and encouragement; coaching new and underperforming agents to success
Leading sales storms and activation events within their cluster/sales area.
Scouting for prime sales locations within their cluster/sales area, liaising with location management to ensure sales agents gain commercial access
Identifying sales and marketing strategies for each location that will increase overall team performance and achieve sales targets
Reporting directly to Sales Manager on situations regarding their sub-cluster.
Visit kiosk and provide feedback on location performance to Sales Manager.
Galvanize sales strategy for the team {i.e Split agents into groups with a target for each team}.
Collate daily sales report from agents and send to Sales Manager
REQUIREMENTS
1 – 3 years of sales experience (offline sales a plus)
Energetic, responsible, and creative at selling
Experience in selling mass market products preferred
