Conceptualize and implement marketing, training and policy level initiatives across key DTM markets in Sub-Saharan Africa focused on organization development to meet front end needs and build a unique value proposition to drive competitive excellence for Cipla in key therapy areas.
Education:
Any science / medical / pharma graduate + MBA
Experience:
· At least 10 years’ experience in marketing
· Prior pharmaceutical marketing experience is preferable
· Prior experience in developing and executing marketing and branding strategies is preferable
