Our approach
Our approach has been refined through 25 years of practice. We’ve developed and adapted our health support services, training programmes and health information to meet the needs of a very diverse group of people:
People working on assignments for a few days, through to many years commitment to working in another country.People working in a wide range of environments, from offices in capital cities, remote locations, through to dangerous conflict zones.
We have moved our focus from being a London-based health centre, to having a worldwide approach that reflects the changing needs of the sectors we serve.
This includes International staff travelling from any country to any country. Not just from “the west to the rest”. Conversely, most agencies depend largely on nationally recruited staff. Meeting those health needs in appropriate ways is crucial to our mission, but can be challenging and complex.
