To solicit and drives business from various local, regional corporate and travel companies, associations by prospecting and qualifying with some key business accounts as assigned by Sales Manager, implementing Sales & Marketing strategies to maximize sales revenue, business mix and revenue yield, and to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability for the Hotel and support the business of the other group Hotels & Lodges in an atmosphere of high morale.

Ensure target in occupancy in all accommodation facilities is achieved.
Generate target revenue in sales revenue for all operational units annually.
Increase on Market Shares Penetration/ RevPAR/ARR and F&B Revenue by set target.

Promotions/Advertising implemented as per Group Plan.

Qualifications for the Hotel Sales Accounts Manager Job
Diploma in sales/ marketing.
2-3 years sales experience in hospitality industry.
Prior experience in sales account management will be an added advantage.
Hotel Sales Accounts Manager Job Responsibilities
Develops and implements Sales Activity planner as per Group Sales & Marketing Business and Work Plan to drive business to the Group properties.
Researches on new business, prospects, develops and appropriate brand positioning of the Hotel as the primary responsibility and that of the other Group properties and ensures market trends are accounted for.
Develops the market and product, service to meet anticipated customer expectations and the Hotel forecast and the Groups business projections and targets.
Develops and prepares appropriate forecasting and Sales Action Plan to visualize market scenario and develop long term business plan to achieve business targets.
Develops Business and Market Mix to ensure maximum targeted revenue yield.
Assists the Group Sales & Marketing Manager on specific assigned responsibilities.
