General Manager (B2C)

Main responsibilities include:
– Drive overall top line and profitability development
– P&L ownership for the business unit
– Recruit and manage team
– Formulate short/mid/long-term business unit strategy in conjunction with Group CEO
– Develop and execute solid initiatives to drive growth – the GM will be required to make the case for resources (via NPV or IRR) to launch new projects and will be accountable for results
– Define and drive action plans to create strong relationships with restaurants
– Ensure regular reporting and participate in board calls when required 
Profile Requirements:
– Recent MBA graduate with 3-5 years experience or business focused undergraduate degree with 5-6 years experience
– Experience leading complex projects from planning to completion
– Strong management and inter-personal skills
– Ability to efficiently manage multiple teams
– Hands on & results oriented
– Independent and entrepreneurial
– Able to think strategically and develop a well organized action plan
