Business Administration Associate Job Responsibilities
Developing and implementing strategic and operations plans including: market entry, marketing as well as expansion plans
Building and maintaining an effective management and operations team
Determine direction of the firm by working with the upper management to create and implement the vision of the firm
Product development
Responsible for setting and modeling the company’s culture and values
Review and direct how the different departments collaborate to achieve company goals
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions to drive up profitability and client retention
Resolve any conflicts and differences to ensure company’s continued growth
Keep updated on the latest trends in the serviced offices industry
Act as the liaison between Cytonn Business Center and Cytonn Investments
Ensure consistent quality service delivery to our clients
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements for the Business Administration Associate Job
At least 4-5 years experience in business management, associate level position, ideally in the private sector
Bachelor’s degree with an Upper Second Class Honours
Professional qualifications will be an added advantage
