Accounts Assistant

Job Description
Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
Verifies financial reports.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Prepare invoices for customers, Post cheques in the system.
Reconcile accounting data, report discrepancies and problems.
Make payments to the suppliers in the system.
Enter details of new suppliers in the system.
Filling invoices of Customers, suppliers and order parts.
Handle petty cash, post it to the system.
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.
Match invoices to parts orders.
Reviews, balances, and interprets computer reports, and makes corrections.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications 3-5 years’ experience
Accounting academic qualifications.
