    The credit officer will be responsible for contacting debtors, candidates must be able to skip trace successfully with minimal information such as ID, able to keep time lines and with debt collection experience.
    Responsibilities

    Regularly communicate and provide management with updates regarding account status ; recommend changes if needed,
    Continual outbound calling to debtors and their referees to obtain new leads on customer / collateral locations,
    Effectively use all internet databases and phone tools in order to locate customers/collateral,
    Initial review of accounts to quantify the customer information provided by the client,
    Skip Tracing of customers and/or other parties to identify last known address to locate the client’s collateral or customer.
    Attempting verbal contact with our client’s customer, references, relatives and associates via phone
    Frequent communication with debtor to ensure all information/leads provided are being acknowledged and reacted to.

    Qualifications

    1 years skip tracing related experience or minimum 2 years of debt collection experience,
    Knowledge and thorough understanding of internet search tools utilized to trace individuals or collateral,
    Full working knowledge of / experience with legislation,
    Good organizational skills,
    Effective time management skills / ability to multi-task efficiently,
    Professionalism and business savvy,
    Excellent verbal/phone and written communication skills,
    Minimum Diploma, but a degree will be preferred.

    Job Description
    Reporting to the Finance & Support Services Manager (FSSM), the incumbent will be expected to provide financial and administrative support to the Sightsavers Kenya Country Office. The key tasks includes; facilitating financial transactions within Sightsavers control framework, generating transaction vouchers, maintaining accounting ledgers and cash books, managing office petty cash, processing payroll, assist in review of partner financial returns, general office administration/logistics, renewal of motor vehicle licences and insurance, procurement, maintenance of office assets, filing, handling workshops logistics as well as travel logistics for staff and visitors.
    The successful candidate will have a minimum of a University Degree in finance/accounting, administration or equivalent with at least CPA II. Valuable experience of working in a busy reputable private firm or NGO is advantageous. Ideally, you will be computer literate (knowledge of computer financial packages) with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, commitment to work, high degree of integrity and ability to work with minimum supervision.
    The successful candidate will be a team player, adaptable and able to relate with people from diverse backgrounds.

    Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the job holder will be responsible for developing and executing
    Board’s communication strategy, managing the Board’s reputation and all activities that promote the profile of the Board’s brand.
    Responsibilities

    Develop, implement and review the Corporate Communications Policy and communication strategies;
    Develop and implement annual communication strategy and plan;
    Monitor website and online social networks and respond to any information inaccuracies;
    Speech writing, contributions of articles to the Print and electronic media
    Support service provision through emails, web charts and digital media; and
    Produce print and digital communication analytics for decision making.
    Engage with the public and media on matters of concern to the organization and participate in promotional events;
    Analyze media coverage and undertake relevant market research;
    Gather information on policies, programmes and significant events that impact on the organizations’ clients;
    Prepare articles and publications articulating on specific issues and edit organizations’ publications;
    Keep and maintain all public communication print and electronic materials including audio visuals and photographs;
    Design, initiate research on corporate relations issues and develop appropriate interventions;
    Devise and implement measures to ensure proper projection of the identity and public image of the organization;

    Qualifications

    Be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following field; IT, Communications, Public Relations, or any other relevant field from a recognized university;
    A Master’s Degree in any of the above, or related fields from a university recognized in Kenya will be an added advantage;
    Possess a professional qualification in journalism
    Be a practitioner accredited by either the Media Council of Kenya or the Public Relations Society of Kenya.
    Have knowledge and relevant experience of not less than eight (8) years in communications with three (3) years at media organizations.
    Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
