    We are looking to hire a Real Time Analyst (RTA)

    Responsibilities

     Manage the call volume, daily attendance and program break schedules

    Assist with creation if metrics and targets for services
    Work closely with the operations team to analyze and help improve their delivery processes
    Generate ideas for process and service improvement planning
    Produce daily, biweekly and monthly internal reports
    Use trends and reports to forecast requirements
    Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned

    Requirements 

    Degree in Statistics or any related field
    Demonstrate sound work ethic
    Must have advanced level Microsoft Excel skills – Including advanced formulas, also Word and Excel
    Proficiency in R, Python, SPSS, STATA, C++ Proficiency in data visualization tools
    Ability to create reports in Excel and forecast results
    Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    Ability to multi-task, focus and complete reports for extended periods of time
    Previous call centre experience in similar post is desirable
    Previous Work Force Management experience is considered an asset
    Ability to take initiative
    Flexible team player with a positive attitude
    Must have good time management with the ability to work with minimal supervision and under tight timelines
    Capable of managing multiple, simultaneous projects
    Must be friendly and professional with a positive attitude
    Organized with the able to quickly and effectively adapt to change
    Excellent attendance record and ability to communicate professionally – oral and written

    Main purpose of the job

    The successful candidate will support Deloitte Consulting – Enterprise Technology and Performance Team in developing, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of MuleSoft applications. The API Tester will work closely with other development teams and customer stakeholders to ensure the delivery of robust solutions. The position will be based in our Nairobi office in Kenya.

    Job Description

    Develop and execute test scenarios and/or scripts to thoroughly validate functionality and API performance.
    Ensure that all development, automation, and performance tasks are completed on schedule.
    Monitor API performance and provide metrics around API calls.
    Evaluate APIs for security and performance.
    Develop automated API tests with MUnit and groovyscript.
    Create and maintain API documentation.
    Troubleshoot and diagnose Mulesoft API-related issues.
    Analyse test results and provide timely feedback.
    Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful releases.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
    Comprehensive knowledge of testing design techniques and principles.
    Hands-on experience working with web application development and troubleshooting.
    Experience creating, executing, and maintaining test plans and test cases.
    Proficient in Linux/UNIX, shell scripting and version control tools.
    Solid understanding of JSON, REST APIs, and XML.
    Working experience with databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
    Skilled in testing, documenting, and troubleshooting APIs.
    Understanding the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

    Additional Information
    Preferred Qualifications and Experience

    Relevant MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer – Integration and API Associate (MCD-Integration and API Associate).
    At least two (2) years’ experience working with API Integration preferably with API MuleSoft Platforms.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    Pursuant to the provisions of section 35G of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act, Cap 244 Laws of Kenya the Board of management shall perform the following functions:
    administer the property and funds of the Laboratory in such manner and for such purposes as shall, in the opinion of the Board of Management, promote its best interests; 
    receive, on behalf of the Laboratory, grants-in-aid, gifts, donations, fees, subscriptions or other moneys and make disbursements therefrom; 
    make regulations governing the appointment, conduct and discipline of employees of the Laboratory; 
    in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary, to draw up a scheme of service for employees of the Laboratory; 
    administer the approved terms and conditions of service, including appointments, dismissals, remuneration and retiring benefits of employees of the Laboratory; and 
    appoint such employees upon terms and conditions to be laid down by the Board of Management, after consultation with the Cabinet Secretary, as it considers necessary for the proper and efficient administration of the Laboratory. 

    Person Specifications:
    For appointment to this position, a candidate must:

    Be a Kenyan Citizen.
    Holds at least a Bachelor’s Degree from an institution recognized in Kenya.
    Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Management will be an added advantage
    Has not served in the NQCL as an employee in the preceding five years
    Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
