    Summary of Job Responsibilities

    The Position will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to produce for the company content, photography, video, schedule and post engaging automotive contents and product promotion. All works generated remains as the company intellectual property.
    Design artworks for product promotions to be posted on company social media platforms.
    Schedule, Post and Manage day to day Social Channels, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Seller Centre on Jumuia and other platforms for the company.
    Update product information on the above platforms to match records in the Inventory management system.
    Work closely with Sales and Marketing Manager to execute marketing ideas.
    Design promotional and event collateral for both print and web.
    Co-ordinate production and timelines of print jobs with team members to meet overall campaign deadlines.
    Responsible in print production and delivering appropriate files i.e. calendars, company profiles, business cards, signages, logos, and brochures.
    Research and keep abreast of emerging design trends and practices.
    Utilize Facebook and Instagram advertising platform for Company product and remarketing promotions.
    Resolve customer service questions, comments, and concerns through social media.
    Perform competitor analysis and research new social media channels, marketing trends, and opportunities.
    Monitor and adjust Media strategy based on regular reporting of Channel.
    Manage the Marketing activities and Showroom Management.
    Any other assignments from time to time.

    Minimum qualifications & Experience:

    1-2 years of work experience in Social Media Management and graphic design.
    Diploma training in appropriate area in graphic design and social media.

    Required Abilities:

    Proficiency in all major social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
    Ability to explain social media analytics in a relatable way.
    High attention to detail with a sense of pride and ownership over your work.
    Competent in Adobe creative Suite and eagerness to learn new software.
    Enthusiasm. The drive to better yourself and the team.
    Keen on strategy and research based projects in order to deliver successful design.
    Creative flair, originality and strong visual sense.
    Strong computer skills.

    Displaced and Refugee Youth Advisory Team

    Background
    In 2020, Mastercard Foundation developed and adopted a new refugee framework to support programming that strengthens the resilience of refugees and displaced young people, their host communities, and the institutions which support them in their educational journey and transition into employment.  This strategy builds upon the Foundation’s Young Africa Works Strategy and the commitments to refugee inclusion pledged during the 2019 Global Refugee Forum.   
    As part of these efforts, a new collaboration with WUSC  will support the Mastercard Foundation to fulfill its commitment to meaningfully include refugee and displaced young people  across the Foundation’s work.  The Displaced and Refugee youth Enabling Environment Mechanism (DREEM) is a 5-year project that will work towards greater inclusion of refugees and displaced young people across the Foundation’s programming, especially the Scholars Program and Young Africa Works Strategy in Kenya. 
    In order to meet the objectives of the Foundation and ensure that DREEM activities are designed and delivered to meet the needs of refugees and displaced young people, an Advisory Team composed of individuals with lived experiences is needed to advise and provide guidance to WUSC, Mastercard Foundation, their stakeholders and program partners.  
    The Advisory Team will provide guidance on three key areas of focus that are highlighted in Mastercard Foundation’s Refugee Framework:

    Inclusion in Education and Comprehensive support
    Improved access to economic opportunities
    Strengthen Institutions and Ecosystems 

    As Mastercard Foundation also works to implement newly adopted refugee and displaced  young people  framework strategy, the DREEM project and Advisory Team will ensure that the design and implementation of the Foundation’s work are informed by and continue to reflect the unique perspectives of displaced and refugee youth

The candidate will be in charge of the technical implementation, problem resolution and support on all components related to UC Infrastructure, data center, routing, switching, wireless, voice, video, storage, collaboration and security.
    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    Solution Development and Architecture

     Develop detailed network designs and Bill of Materials in the following areas: On-premises data (LAN, WAN, Data Center, Data Recovery), Cloud, Network Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS), Cabling Infrastructure (Copper and Fiber), Wireless Networks (WAN, Radios, MPLS, Air Band Radio), Call Centers (Cloud-based, SIP, VoIP, ISDN)
    Perform on-premises implementations (Cisco IOS, ASA, Nexus, Meraki, and configuration associated with Layer 2 switching (VLANs, STP, vPC, LACP), Layer 3 routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), Network Security (ACLs, NATs, IPsec VPNs, SSL remote access VPNs), and QoS
    Set up, configure, and test Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Call Manager Express, Unity Express, Cisco LAN switches (core, distribution and access), Cisco firewalls, routers and voice gateways, etc
    Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems
    Configuration and maintenance of data center, enterprise software, sales & cloud services/solutions, Teleconferencing, SIP-based communications, Unified Communications, Integration, Network Design, VOIP, etc.
    Load deals with manufacturers and claim rebates
    Will directly work with the manufacturers/ Distributors to make sure that all the partnership certifications are met and maintained

    Project Development & Management

    Participate in designing UC solutions as per the client needs and budget
    Staff deployment: develop and maintain excellent technicians in UC department
    Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the implementation of projects
    Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
    Provide direction and clear installation standards for other technical staff
    Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and installation problems.

    Technical Pre- sales

    Work closely with the sales team on proposals.
    Attend meetings with business development managers as a technical expert.
    Put together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals
    Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
    Provide ongoing support for customer’s post implementation.
    Produce detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.

    Team Management  

    Ensuring the team members attain the highest number of certifications in various UC product lines
    Daily planning on operations of the team
    Problem solving by offering technical support and advise to team members
    Performance evaluation of team members

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Technology / Telecommunication and Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Computer science or a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology
    Must have Professional-level certification in CISCO and any other world-renowned vendor (Huawei, Sophos, Microsoft, Fortinet, check point, CISCO Meraki etc.) with network infrastructure management knowledge.
    Minimum 5 years ‘experience in Information technology industry experience
    Experience in Cisco and and/or Call Center systems engineering experience
    Project Management and Audit Reviews
    Servers and Networking Systems Design and Integration
