    Job Responsibilities

    Strategy implementation to achieve service excellence during installation and after sales.
    Create a strong team of technicians who are sound technically, motivated through regular trainings and understand service delivery levels.
    Create and offer to customers of Bronze, Silver and Gold service contracts with different terms of operations.
    Ensure good interaction with our suppliers to ensure that we are up to date with knowledge and tools.
    Achieve sufficient revenue out of the opportunities available in servicing our installations by sale of spares.
    Work with Sales Managers to ensure that our Services excellence add value to Sales process and brings huge goodwill.
    Management of operational tools and controlling and maintaining of spare parts stocks.
    Managing Repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment and appliances both for Sheffield and Customer either at site or in the Workshop. This may include preparing quotations, sourcing, modifications etc.
    Preparing Annual Maintenance Contracts and Free Maintenance Contracts Proposals.
    Planning and scheduling for execution to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
    Documenting reports and maintaining daily, weekly and Monthly reports

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
    10 Years working experience.
    Excellent communication and analytical skills and can work under pressure.
    Good customer service skills.
    Dynamic with good problem solving skills.
    Strong leadership and ability to couch and motivate teams.
    Good interpersonal skills

    Overall Purpose
    Responsible for providing and maintains high standards of professional nursing care to Expectant mothers while ensuring consistent provision of efficient and ethical care to support it in achieving quality health service delivery.
    Duties and Responsibilities

    Work requirements and tasks will be guided by the department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and which are reviewed periodically but will fall broadly in the following Key Responsibility Areas (KRAS)
    Work in collaboration with the Clinical team and the JH management to implement effective procedures, rules, regulations that are consistent with the organization values and policies.
    Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocols for nursing services.
    Ensure compliance with established professional and institutional policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
    Provide comprehensive antenatal care, postnatal care, family planning, deliveries, and other services for clients in Jacaranda’s fixed and/or mobile clinics, based on Jacaranda Health’s clinical protocols and processes
    Provide friendly, helpful service, advice, guidance, and education to all clients
    Maintain client and clinic operational data using our electronic medical records and other information systems
    Maintain a good relationship with the community.
    Work closely with peer educators, CHWs, and traditional birth attendants for outreach and education within the community

    Job Qualifications

    Hold a diploma or degree in nursing from a recognized university/(medical training) college
    Position holder should have at least 3 years’ experience working as a licensed Nurse/Midwife in a busy maternity institution.
    Position holder should also have experience as a scrub nurse including in hospital surgical departments and clinics.
    Hold an active Nursing license from the local Nursing Council.
